My leadership quality is associated with a number of leadership qualities that are highlighted in
the Gallop tests and the findings of my partners’ feedback. There are several measures in terms

organisations. The dynamics and magnanimity of the leadership quality and traits are to some
extent determined the success of the organisation. Based on this understanding, it can be

objectives of the organisation and also incorporated better personal characteristics that are
intricately served the organisational environment. Engaging and influencing the employees
through motivation and positive workplace environment is also considered to be part of the job
of the leaders. As a result of that choosing proper leadership quality with positive outcome are
referred as the most important part that the leaders seek for their own success and the
development of the organisation. In this regard, this essay is a reflective account associated with
