Artificial Intelligence is defined as the simulation of the human intelligence
that is processed by the machine especially computer systems. The processes
involved by the computer systems are reasoning, self – correction and learning. The
term artificial Intelligence is usually used in the project of the developing computer
systems endowed with various intellectual methods that are defined by different
human characteristics such as ability of reasoning, learn or discover from the
previous data and also discover some meaning from the gathered data. The
artificial intelligence is developed in a rapid way in these days. Thus, many
organization implement this technology for their benefits. Various business are
beneficiated with this technology. This technology helps various business to achieve
their respective business goals. Artificial Intelligence can break a huge amount of
data into some structure and unstructured form. This helps the business to reduce

Discussion
The engineering and scientific analysis of producing intelligent systems and
computer programs is known as artificial intelligence. E – Commerce industry is
highly beneficiated with the implementation of this concerned technology and its
applications (Jacob et al. 2013). There are mainly three domains of the artificial
Intelligence or it can also be said that there are mainly three core areas of the
artificial intelligence. They are ML (Machine Learning), Data mining and NLP (Natural
Language processing) (Charniak et al. 2014). Each and every operations in the E –
commerce industry is associated with these three domains. The concept of data
mining is used in huge amount as it assists the business to break down a large
amount of data in some small structures. These broken data can be structured or
unstructured. The second driving force or the factor that is the Natural Language
Processing or NLP mainly focus on the way of interaction between the computer
systems and the human being. This helps the business to know about the demand
of their customers and allow the business to seamlessly fulfill all the desires of their
clients. This helps the business to raise the business revenue (Burns and Dewhurst
2016). Proper interaction between the human beings and the computer systems
ensures the business growth for the Amazon Australia. ML or the Machine learning

considered as a simple tool or device which is used to load the rotational energy.
This concerned approach hum all over the Amazon Australia. The concerned
flywheel approach describes that a sector or department of an organization fuels
