Executive Summary
The e- governance system is the result of the digital dependencies. It is an example of the
connected government. The term connected government is initiated by UN. It has been
seen that the development of the e-governance helps to increase the flexibility of the
government as the citizens can connect with the government in an easy way. Apart from
that managing the issues of the citizens will become easier for the government. In order to
implement the e-governance system, certain technologies are needed to be used. One of
the most common technology which is used in this case is the ERP system. However,
implementation of the ERP system needs the use of the information centric models. The
main objective of this paper is to discuss the different aspects of the enterprise resource
management for the Australian Federal Government.
