Executive Summary
The report aims at discussing the important features of e-learning. The aim is to
develop an e-learning site that will help their college in gaining benefit and enhance
their teaching skills. It is very necessary to change with the growing technologies, so
that they can meet the needs of the market. The report will give a brief of the benefits
of e-learning. There is a need for the college commission to build a system for E-
learning platform. Thus, as a consultant the duty is to provide and discuss all the
affects and benefits that will come along with the implementation of e-learning. The
implementation and the cost that is incurred in connecting the college with e-learning
will be discussed in the report. For developing the system with e-learning the college
needs to have a well-developed strategy about the social media. In order to develop
the social media contents related to e-learning all the contents are needed to be
housed within the LMS.
The major benefits that are comes along with the implementation of e-learning are
scalability, reduces costs , increases effectiveness , teaching can be done quickly
and effectively , always provides updated contents , student can go throw the lecture
notes as many times as they want. The report will discuss about the cost involved in
installing this system. The report will discuss about the interactive enrolment and
time tabling system and the need of this systems. In addition to this the report will
discuss the need of integrating a virtual assistant service within the platform. The
report will give brief recommendation on the learning procedure and the tools that
will help the college to provide better service towards their customers.

Introduction
E-Learning is referred to as the learning that is delivered with the medium of
internet and electronic mediums. There are several advantages that are provided by
the means of e-learning. With the help of e-learning one can easily get done with the
notes and moreover can access as many times as they want, thus it provides high
scalability. The consistency of the learning can be maintained, as this is an
innovative way of learning this, thus attracts students (Austerjost et al., 2018). The
way of learning changes with the implementation if e-learning. Increases the
effectiveness of the learning and is flexible, whenever the student wants can access
the learning materials. This also helps in reducing the carbon footprint. The report
will discuss about the benefits of e-learning in details and will discuss the effects of
integrating social media into the e-learning platform (Escobar-Rodrguez et al., 2014).
Further the report will discuss the tools that are necessary for providing customer
support.
Discussion
This part of the report will discuss briefly the need of implementing the e-
learning system. The aim of incorporating e-learning based system is to provide the
effective way of learning. This reduces that is needed in managing and provide g
lectures (Keiner, & Gilman, 2015). E-Learning increases the interest among the
students. For managing the e-learning platform, there is a need of developing a
learning management system (LMS), this helps to deliver the study materials
efficiently and manages the skill development of the organization.
