In this module, I have learned
various thing related to
business and management.
Before starting this module, I
was excited as I am learning
new thing but nervous about
question to be asked by
teachers before starting a
module. During this situation,
teachers start with an activity
in order to warm up all
students in class. In this
module, I have learned various
new thing related to business
and management.
In this module, teachers
assign us new assignment in
order to improve our learning.
For this teacher made various
groups in class and assign
assignment on different topics
to different groups. In my
group, two of my friends are
involved and we have different
skills and knowledge. To start
Reflective learning
refers to a process
through which a
person can reflect their
experience for
improve learning
(Afzali and Esmaili,
2019). We have learn
new things with this
assignment and also
develop new skills.
We also learn about
how to coordinate with
others. It is good for
out academic life and
helps us in future in
order to give effective
PPT.
For development of
these skills, I needs to
work vert hard and
also needs to develop
various skills. A
person needs to
attending regular
classes ass skills can
be developed in
academic life. Also I
needs to take initiate in
life when I get
opportunity to do so.

participate in various
activities and
competition conducted
at organisation in
academic life.

am good in presentation, so I

present in class. After

Use of
Formative

Formative feedback refers to
ungraded opportunities which
measure and promote
knowledge and sills of a
students (AlSudani and Shona,
2017). Formative feedback is a
process which helps teachers to
concentrate on performance of
students and helps students in
understanding limits of their
knowledge and allow them to
improve it. With analysation of
learning students, teachers can
focus on meeting needs of
learner effectively.
Improve status of
knowledge of
learner: Formative
feedback helps to
assess current
experience and
knowledge of a
student. This feedback
also helps to explore
how, why and what is
thinking of students.
With use of this
feedback, a person can
improve their
knowledge by making
