Reflective learning is
the way and the
method by which
the individual makes
the analysis on the
learning experience
which they have
taken while studying
in University.
Reflection is also a
kind of skill which
needs to be
developed by the
individual so that
they can know about
the things which are
lacking in them(Cho,
2021). The main
basis of doing the
reflection practice is
because they want
to make review of
the things which are
either weak in them
and the things which
requires further
I have also done the
reflection on the things
which are the most
weakest points in me
and which needs
improvement in myself.
It is because reflective
learning is helpful to
identify the things in
which the student is
lacking so that they can
know about the factors
and the skills which is
the most important for
the further
development and
growth. Thus, for
making the
improvement I always
write down the points
which has to be learned
by me and which will be
helpful to me in
improving and growing
my performance. My
engagement in the class

helpful to me as
it provides me
the way and the
direction in
which I have to
move and the
steps which I
have to take in
growing and
achieving

as it will provide

feedback
The formative
feedback is the
evaluation which is
provided to students
during the time of
course which they
are taking(Payne
and et. al., 2021).
Thus, it is helpful for
the students and for
the teachers as the
students will make
the learning
according to the
feedback which will
provided to them
and the teacher will
make the learning
sop that student can
learn in a perfect
way.
It will be helpful in
many ways the
development of
confidence is the most
important thing which
needs to learned by the
student. But this can be
done only when the
student will be provided
with the reviews which
includes the changes
which they have to
make in the learning.
The main confidence
which the student
develops is that of the
thing which is provided
to them so that their
summative assessments
can be improved by
focusing on the things
which is lacking in them.
It will be
implemented by
focusing on the
things which
have been
spoken by the
teacher in the
class so that I
would be able to
make the
changes and
correct the things
which I was doing
wrong from
many time. The
formative
feedback is the
evaluation of the
learning which I
have made and
with the
feedback I will
learn many new
things.

It is very important
for the student to
learn the skills in the
University because
this helps in the
career development
