In this module, I have
leaned various things
which are important
for me and improve my
knowledge
(Bambhrolia and
Phelan, 2017). I have
knowledge about some
of these things like
SWOT analysis and
Reflective learning but
by attending class of
this module, I get to
learn about importance
of reflective learning
and ways in which a
person can write
reflection. I have also
knowledge of SWOT
analysis but with
attending of this
modulate, I learn about
importance of SWOT
analysis and how to
conduct SWOT
analysis of a person,
Attending this module, I
learn about various things
like reflective learning,
SWOT analysis,
formative feedback and
many other things. These
things not only improve
my knowledge but also
helps me in future. SWOT
analysis helps me in
identifying weakness of a
person which can be
further improve by a
person (Cegarra-Navarro,
Soto-Acosta and
Martinez-Caro, 2016).
This make a person more
efficient and skills which
improve my knowledge
and provide various
employment opportunity.
It also helps me in
improving my learning
and knowledge which are
important in future
perspective. It also helps
Reflective learning
refers to process which
helps a students to
reflect upon their views.
In order to improve my
reflective skills, a person
needs to read all thins
which they has
performed related to a
particular experience.
They also needs to see
which has been done
previous and watch what
other person is doing in
this situation. A person
also needs to feel
different things which
make them efficient to
express their feeling
related to reflection. I
also needs to attend
classes regularly which
helps me to interact with
teachers and improve my
skills.
