“Early Child Protection”
The wellbeing and the protection of the safety of the young people and the children is the basis
or the fundamental responsibility which cannot be compromised as any cost by some of the other
consideration (Black et al., 2017) . The intervention and the prevention regarding the abuse and
the neglect of the young people and children are some of the legal and moral obligations. As per
the given case study, the society for the protection of the children enables focus over the
protection of child due to the reports of child neglect case of Mary Ellen. Mary was being
rescued by Henry who found the chapter of the society for protection of children in the state of
New York and the societies for children protection. It is to note that child protection in the early
years is essential in case of situations where early years child are at the vulnerable position. The
early years childhood protection includes the protection from neglect, abuse and toxic stresses.
Early year’s child protection in emergencies is subject to abuse and neglect. According to Britto
et al. (2017), young children are the most vulnerable within the early years of life. Hence
regarding the case of the year 1870s, it is essential for the organizations for societies for the
protection of the children to intend as well as provide protection for thousands of children.
However, as per the conflict that developed among the practice regarding the early child rescue
from the vulnerable families and the families who genuinely cares and protects their children, the
topic of early childhood protection has been a topic of concern and debate (Richter et al., 2017).
Hence it is essential for the child protection agencies of state, to arrange for a routine monthly
check ups at the house and the families having children of early years. The routine inspection
needs to be sudden to avoid superficial behaviors and actions and must include a through check
of the child.
