Business means those organizations or enterprises that work in relation to commercial,
industrial, or professional activities. These entities are based upon public, private, sole trader,
partnership and non profit organizations. Further business provide those aspects which leads
upon earning profit and revenue form the product and services that is been offered by them. In
business both internal and external factors are considered that leads upon smooth running of
business in more effective manner. Business consists of various elements which are
management, stockholders, leaders and legal legislation as they help in regulating business from
all aspects through enhancing decision making mechanism of an organization. The organization
that has been taken in this report is Easy Jet which is an airline service provider and has its
headquarters in London, UK. The report covers about various components of business with
different leadership styles. Also SWOT and PESTLE analysis is done regarding internal and
external factors. In the end Corporate Social Responsibility has been covered.

of services by making it reduced which directly impacts profit percentage of an organization like
Easy Jet. Opportunities of expansion increases with new policies as they are focused over
developing new opportunities within market. Tax policies can impact formation of strong
customer due to price fluctuation within services of Easy Jet makes customers shift to another
airlines providing same services at low cost which is biggest threat for the airlines. Economic
factors such factors are based over economic condition and covers about inflation, deflation,
unemployment, import and export rate. This factors leads over developing opportunities in
relation to reducing unemployment by providing jobs to local people present within society.
Threats developed through the factor is based over increase of inflation which makes purchasing
power reduced. As per the current COVID 19 pandemic situation prices of ticket has increase

working over the area of interests in order to study about topic in detail. Also I have gained detail
knowledge upon different parts of business leading towards making proper clearance achieved
in relation to factors involved within it. Also I have been making significance achieved with
relevance over the study of topic. Through this I have been preparing report in more affective
way by highlighting important points with relevant models which is applied in making
organizational development possible. Through this I am able to attain clarity over leadership
style and its applicability over an organization like Easy Jet. Then in this report various kinds of
skills and areas of development is discussed which made my learning to be more enhanced. In
the report, I have applied various frameworks such as swot, pestle and different leadership styles.
While describing the various styles of leadership, I came to know the difference between them
and their traits.
