This activity is for the learners to do a peer to peer assessment, two learners will
ask each other questions, which are set out below, and record the answers in
this document, they will also give each other feedback and in addition exchange
this document, which will form part of their overall portfolio. The tutor will
observe and provide verbal feedback, during the session.

Q1 – HOW AND WHERE DO YOU PROVIDE OPPORTUNITIES FOR LEARNERS TO
PROVIDE YOU WITH FEEDBACK ON YOUR TEACHING PRACTICE?
There is key role of feedback and it helps me to know about my areas of weakness. This
enhances the teaching practices and one is able to provide best to the students. The
feedback on students must be taken on regular intervals.
Q2 – WHAT METHODS DO YOU USE TO COMMUNICATE WITH LEARNERS AND ALSO
WITH OTHER PROFESSIONALS, SUCH AS TEACHERS, OTHER STAFF AND ANY
OUTSIDE STAKEHOLDERS?
There is need of professional communication to interact with the stakeholders in university
and school. The use of verbal communication is done at the time of working hours. The use
of notice and e-mail is also done to enhance the relations with them and communicate the
important information.
