This research provides a relative understanding that is important in order to facilitate the overall understanding of the concept and application possibilities related to educational leadership. The research aims to develop a conceptual understanding of the term educational leadership, analyze the various perspectives that can be obtained with the application of educational leadership, and specify the benefits of educational leadership in the current education system. The research methodology includes the use of positivism researching theory, deductive research approach, and descriptive research design. The data collection methods include qualitative and quantitative methods, and the ethical considerations and data collection methods are also depicted in this proposal.
