human motivation. Thus, leadership is the style that influence the behaviour of its employees so
that the things can be done in efficient mode. This is the style that impacts the overall working of
enterprise and it also affects the employee morale, productivity, decision making speed and
metrics.
Thus, leadership styles generally works as to bring improved and effective leadership
style. This is the process that effective leader sets a clear direction, communicating the goals and
ensures the all subordinates that has own objectives to have clear strategic plan. The present
report is based on business activities of Hotel Hilton, it is global leading brand and provides
accommodation services to its customers. In this, the report will be inclusive of the following
things as background of study, rational, significance, research methodologies etc. In addition to
this, this kind of the strategy will be helpful in order to provide the effective working to the

The present report is based on business activities on determining impact of leadership

(2015) states that laissez fair is the concept that is considered as to direct the team and delegates

leader must encourage the workers so that leader can guide to the employees and by performing

the turnover that leads to higher profit margins. Thus, it can be said that the strong team can able
to perform it business activities in the well and appropriate manner. In addition to this, .

main aim is to provide a proper and effective management of the leadership styles which will
improve the quality of business operations which are been taken in consideration by the firm.
Besides this, I can say that the proper management of business operations and activities in much
suitable manner. The wide range of leadership styles that are undertaken within the organisation
will encourage the organisation to enhance the quality of business activities and thus will
improve the quality of services offered by the firm. Other than this, the rise in proper
implementation of a wide range of leadership styles will help the selected hospitality
organisation in which they will help the firm to enhance and sustain their profitability and
productivity. Other than this will also encourage the work force of Hilton hotel to gain a good
and effective market share.
Significance of research:
The major significance or advantage of this research process is to carry out the proper
management of the business operations and action plans in much suitable manner that will
improve the quality of operations that are been taken in consideration by the organisation.
Maintaining a good leadership style and practice within the selected hospitality firm will prove
out to be beneficial for the organisation that will improve the quality of operations and thus will
help in meeting the business activities in much suitable manner. Other than this, the research
process will also help us to carry out hospitality activities in much effective way. This will
improve their performance and thus will also increase the quality of products and services in
much suitable way. This will enhance the quality of organisation in much suitable and effective
manner. The research will assist me to identify various leadership styles, their implication and
the improvement measure that will help in enhancing the quality of operations and thus will
improve overall performance of the organisation to a greater extent. Other than this, the positive
impact of the motivational aspect of leadership styles like autocratic, democratic etc will assist in

Qualitative research type is been undertaken in consideration (Ledford and Gast, 2018).

approach is been taken in consideration that will help the firm to improve the quality of research

Data assessment: After the data collection, data assessment process is been followed which will

of data assessment activity operation that is been carried out within the organisation. This will

The current research activity covers the random data sampling involving 25 employees of Hilton
Group, london as respondents (Mackey and Gass, 2015).
Access and ethics: ethical obligations will be followed within the organisation that will improve
the quality of operations and thus will improve the quality of research activities and operations
(Iqbal, Anwar and Haider, 2015). The respondents will look after that the research process that is
been followed is legal and ethical in nature. Besides this the respondents including the managers
will be accessed using the distribution process within the Hilton group, London through various
mediums such as emails etc. this will assist the organisation to improve the quality of business
operations and activities in much suitable manner. Besides this, it will improve the quality of
products and services performed within the organisation (Kumar, 2019).
Limitation: the major limitation associated with the data assessment and collection process is
that the respondents are required to get convinced for participating within the research process.
Other than this, the loss of gained data is the major restriction that can impact the research or
data collection process in much suitable way.
