Executive Summary
This paper has described the role of manager in the organization. It is seen that the manager must
carry out his/her duties ethically in the organization. Self-confidence and resiliency are the most
important traits of the manager. It is the duty of the manager to be very precise and controlled in
social interaction. The various types of communication skills which must be taken by the
manager are also discussed in the paper. The manager also takes various steps and thus tries to
remove the miscommunication among the employees and the management.
