INTRODUCTION In individual life, it is important to focus on growth development as well as improving performance so that goals are achieved. Effective communication and improve performance a time consuming process which require deep level of knowledge as well as skills. This essay gives a brief knowledge about reflective experience and how communication as well as performance has improved. MAIN BODY PART ADescription of an event What was event?Duringmygraduation,Iusedtoparticipateinmany competitions and attended seminars with aim of developing knowledge. After my final exams, I participated in a debate competition in other college. This event enabled me to improvemyperformancebecauseofeffective communications. My performance was improved such as my confidence level, ability to deal with strangers, fear of stage&understandingotherwayofperceptiongot improved What was the purposeMain purpose of this event was to remove the fear of stage of individual and every student. What happened in eventDuring that event students were taking participate in the competitionandwereofdifferentcollegesaswellas schools. At the time of on-going event, names were sorting by the organizers on the basis of which debates were to be carried out. What did I do during eventDuring event I revise my topic which was on equality and gender. I learned and practiced by sitting alone during event so that I did not have to look to the paper again and again. What was my reaction to itMy reaction to the event was pretty much exciting because I was happy and excited to share my own knowledge in front of audience. What did other people do that were involved in this? There were also many other people and students who were supportingthiseventtogetsuccessful.Studentswere nervous and some were excited like me as well as other people such as volunteers, organisers were busy in their own work. How did they react?Students reacted in a positive way because they were a positive environment all around the event which increases motivation level of every individual.
PART B(So what)?Analyse the event How did I feel at time of event?At time of event I was feeling nervous as well as excited both these feeling motivate me to confidently participate in event. Were those feelings I had any different from other people who were involved at time? Feelings which I had at time of event, was not different from other people because we all were nervous due to large audience and also excited about the same. Are my feelings now, after the event, any different from what I experienced at time? After event my feelings are different because I was conference and experience new stage of my life which reflected my inner capabilities. Do I still feel troubled, if so, in what way?NoI didnotfeelanytroubledatpresent situation because during that event I improve myperformanceatallaspectswhichis beneficial for me. What were the effects of what I did or did not? I practice a lot during the time of event to remove my fear of stage and it affects inner capabilities at wider level. What positive aspects now emerge for me from event that happened on practice? There were many positive aspects now image for me from event that happened on practice such as due to my increase the confidence level I am able to deal with clients in my current professional career. Another benefit is that I have the ability to encourage others towards practical situations. What I have noticed about my behaviour in practice by taking more measured look at it? Duringmypractice,Inoticedthatmy behaviour was extrovert in nature because of which I was able to get engaged with other people easily. What observation does person helping me to reflect on my practice make of the way I acted at time? Mymentorhelpedonmypracticeand reflected on my practices to observe my weak points such as fast speaking, real word, using of business jargons etc.

Yes it will make a difference if I do nothing because it won'tbepossibleformetoexamineinmyown capabilities until and unless I get feedbacks from others. Where can I get information from if I were to face similar situation again? If I want to face similar situations again then I will get information from my friends, family mentors or through by browsing internet. Do I need help to assist me to action the result of my reflections? No I did not need any help to exist me to action the result of my reflections because I am a quick learner and which did not allow me to take help from others. Which aspects should be addressed first? The first aspects we should be address is to engage with every individual so that more and more knowledge to gain knowledge in a specific field. How will I known if I am different in clinical practice? If I am different in clinical practice then my colleagues and superiors will notify me about the differences.
CONCLUSION In this presented essay, I have described the time when I was in my college and completed my graduation and faced many different events which improve my communication skills as well as performance. After reflecting I feel that I have revised my past experience situations which strengthen my knowledge at extensible level. Moreover I have examined that events or situations motivate a person to improve their inner capabilities which can be used by them in future period of time.
