Introduction
The industries which are directly or indirectly linked to provide assistance and
satisfaction to the consumers and that involves different type of business within them is called as
Hospitality industry. The different types of industries that are involved in this industry are like
tourism and travel industry, foods and beverages industry etc. These type of organization are
basically considered as a network of various organisation and said to be relatable and interrelated
with each other. In this report, the hotel that is taken into consideration is The Bull hotel. It is a 4
star hotel in Buckinghamshire, UK that was opened in 1688. This hotel have full English
breakfast with free UK calls and this hotel has also get an award for their bar and restaurant. The
appropriate leadership that will be followed by this hotel industry is properly explained and with
this their suitable justification is also discussed. In the below report, the assessment of the main
two concepts that are Organisational responsibility and responsible leadership are thoroughly
described with the context of The bull hotel(Ahmad, S.Z., Bakar, A.R.A. and Ahmad, N., 2018).
How the CSR has an positive impact on this considered hotel as well as the advantages that are
gained by social media are discussed. The risks that are associated with social media are too
discussed with suitable data.
