Introduction
Every human being possess intelligence or IQ and emotions that
make a human being identified as one. There are two types of
quotient found is human beings, one is emotional quotient and the
other is intelligence quotient. The concept of intelligence happens to
be an age old concept that has many sorts of opinions still debated.
The intelligent quotient deals with how a person thinks and acts
rationally whereas on the other hand the emotional quotient deals
with how a person manages his or her emotions and does not let that
overpower themselves. Both of this is necessary to possess.

Emotional Intelligence
The emotional quotient or intelligence in people is the ability to
determine their intelligence power. The people who possess a high EQ
tend to enjoy various benefits. They have a sense of awareness about
themselves, they are superior in regulating their emotions, the have
the ability to understand people other than them, they have greater
amount of motivation both in themselves and to motivate others, they
have a broader network in social, and last but not the least they tend
to have higher incomes. The human beings tend to be more connected
with others in today’s date than before where diversity gets shared
and helps in connecting with each other.

Theories of Intelligence
In the year of 1905, a French Psychologist, Alfred Binet developed
measures regarding intelligence for finding out the achievements of
school. These famously came to be known as the tests of intelligence
or IQ tests. All of these tests consists of a series of tasks like
repeating digit stings, words and reasoning of problems that produce
patterns and designs. However, these tests had prejudices and
limitations. For example, if the intelligence quotient level was found
to be low, it was conventionally believed that the child would always
remain unintelligent rest of his or her life or behave in such a way.
