INTRODUCTION
Employability is defined as a world which is being used in several context with the different
meanings. Employability is related to the the broader set of skills and attributes which also result
in the getting job in the near future. Transferable skills also comes under the employability skills
as it is required by an individual for making them employable. Employers always build an
outline of set of skills which they are looking in an employee along with the good technical
understanding and subject knowledge. Employability is totally depend on the skill attitudes and
knowledge of an individual. The Chosen organisation for this report is Tesco which is
multinational grocery retailer having headquarters in United Kingdom. This organisation is
arranging an awareness building campaign. This report identify the clients and agency roles by
creating a brief document which set out the problem to be address. Furthermore, it also include
the relevant data that will be needed to inform the project along with the overview of the project.
TASK 1
Roles of client and agency
Tesco has made a contract with agency for the purpose of successfully completing the
awareness campaing in the society. The major role of agency is to provide the creative directions
guidelines and inspiration along with the performance management to the creative team
members. It plays an important role in the development of a business organisation. The
reputation of agency and quality of its creativity brings the clients come to them. Generally the
Agencies are responsible for planning the advertising supervising and directing the creative
process for the purpose of leading the creative people. The main objective of the Agencies is to
produce the product creative so that it can meet the quality standards.
In the context of Tesco, agency will help the organisation in identifying and understanding
the industry Trends which include the digital advertising and media. This is an awareness
camping program under which of the agency is responsible for identifying the relievant people
on which the agency is going to explain the factors of awareness during the campaign.
It has been found that the purpose of awareness campaign always be specific for the
business organisation as each and every campaign has its own reasons for being created and
carried out. The major purpose of this camping is to to create the Awareness of saving
environment. It also result in the promotion of the products of business organisation. It has been
