It involvesvarious stages such as writing job description, job posting, scheduling interview, conducting in-person interview.In this context, I faced many interviews that have different procedure ofselecting candidates for different companies. I faced interview process of BBC Entertainment forjob post of finance assistant. In the interview process, first of all, I gave my resume tointerviewer. They asked question about myself. Then they asked about my experience, so Ireplied that I worked in ESPN Inc. as finance assistant. Also, I shared my experience about myprevious job. During the interview, I shared my problems relating to previous job. Then, Iexplained my role in that situation. After that, I answered that taken different steps for solvingproblem. Then, I told about result in terms of solving problem in interview. I shared myknowledge, hobbies and interest in different activities. After the interview, I felt that many of myskills are weak.
