Solution- Unconventional working hours and schedules are very

manage work in extra hours is very important.Proper training
can be arranged for hotel staff to acquire those skills.
Employees working in lodging industry can be called any time
to work extra hours in emergencies. On the job training and
Off the job training, both methods can be used to teach time
management skills to employees.

Solution- Maintaining a safe hospitality property is the duty
of the manager. They Are responsible for providing safety
and security to its guests and staff members. Security
personnel with experience should be hired. Managers
have to train staff to monitor any suspicious behaviour at
work place. Safety and comfort of guests should be given
due importance. Surveillence system and door locking
system should be used at hotel property and codes for
electronic door system must be changed on frequent basis.

house-keeping department is not enough to ensure sanitation of the
hotel. More recruitment needs to be done to maintain neatness in
hotel property. Kindly make necessary arrangements to appoint new
housekeeping staff. Security of the place is also necessary to ensure
safety and comfort of guests and for that electronic doors should be
fixed at hotel rooms to provide safeguard to hotel property. There is
need for a training programme for currently working staff to teach
them necessary work skills and time management. Please make
plans for training sessions for existing staff to improve their
proficiency.
Kindly look into the matter and make necessary arrangements as soon

Running a hotel is stressful and busy task and to complete that task
Effective time management strategies adopted as a manager of
travelodge are as follows.
Making a proper schedule- by making a list of important task to be
completed in a day should be made in the morning. This helps in
increasing productivity and reduces wastage of time. It helps in
arranging work in a structured and plan way.
Use of internet to communicate or giving necessary instrunction-
calling meetings for providing guidelines to employees takes a lot
of time. Hotel websites and emails can be used to communicate
with hotel staff.
