Problem Solving H M L I would like to give myself medium rating for my problem solving problem solving skills because I believe hi again
personally solve the problem and queries of the people but sometimes I get confused in the situations. I have
developed the problem solving skills from my previous experiences by working with melaxmi snakes where I was
working. That I have had many employees to solve their issues in their work as a child manager but sometimes
situations like technical work I cannot help them.
Communication H M L I would like to give myself high rating becausr I believe I have good communication skills and I am able to use this
communication skills for my role improvement. Personally I develop these skills by communicating with my friends
naturally an also learn communication skills within wine higher education that helped me to improve myself and I can
use this for my career development. I can use communication skills to make others understand the clearly Ann easily
interact with the other people and for the HR job communication is necessary becausr we have to take interview of
the people and without having communication skills we cannot take a proper interview.
Innovation H M L I believe I have innovative skills it is because from my college Time I was always been a creative in my work I know
how to make the things more innovative and I am able to presented effectively in an innovative way. I have developed
this scale personally in myself with the time and most of the time my friends teach me how to be innovative in their
work. their ideas in all the work help me to get more ideological and I was able to be innovative in my work that I can

use in my career development of human resource management.
Team work H M L My team working skills are low And I need huge improvement in my team working skills. I have ability to deal with the
people diplomatically but I don’t know how to work with them in a team . this is the weakness I Will improve my team
working skills by working with the employees at the workplace.

H M L welding skills are medium as per my observation and some improvement I needed and I need to take care of myself
an other as well. Sometimes I work for society to help people in my personal level it provide me a feeling for working

the laxmi snakes. I have worked with the experienced leaders becausr we have to coordinate as a human resource
management and details together in decision-making an other works that helped me to develop skills from the
