The Gallup strength theory effectively facilitates in indentifying thepersonal skills and talents, which are directly associated with building someone’s career(Tomkovick and Swanson 2014). The identification of personal potential skills and talents wouldhelp in utilizing the same in my work and improving my career. Hence, it can be best tool for meto know myself better in assessing my ability to get any particular job. In future, I want to be a human resources manager in an organization. Gallup strengthswill help me to decide upon whether I will be fit for the particular job designation or not. As perthe Gallup strength theory, I am highly strategic at my work. Such talent will perfectly facilitateme in improving my career as human resource manager. Being a human resource manager, it isextremely important to make strategic planning for coordinating all the human resourceactivities. Moreover, such talent will help me in integrating human resources and leading themtowards achieving organizational goals. After evaluation of my Gallup strengths, I came to knowthat I am relator. Such talent will assist me in establishing deep relationship with my co-workers,subordinates and managers at my workplace. Being a human resource manager, this talent willhelp me to build a collaborative and communicative work environment leading to employeesatisfaction. In this way, the relator talent will definitely help me in improving my career.With the help of my connectedness talent, I can make a unified employee group throughidentifying commonality within them. It will help in making a collaborative work environment ina diversified working culture.
