INTRODUCTION
The term professional career development is designed to give a early start procedures of
career planning and development (Bright, 2020). These procedures consist of involving self
assessment, career planning, and follow through with various employment strategies. Personal
developments develop their skills and knowledge in terms of fulfilling their personal potential.
Career development must focus on several learning activities towards career outcomes. It also
includes in career competencies. In this report, there is a job role plays between interviewers and
interviewee and ask many questions their desired job is plumber supervisor. It covers various
topics which are named as questions related to this job asking to interviewer and interviewee and
identify personal reflection and career development planning, develop their personal action plan.
Various skills that determine skill gaps and own experience.
TASK 1
Role play
There is a role play between interviewer and interviewee and ask 5 questions. Each will
complete their application form through job description and person specification for their
plumber supervisor is as described below:
Q1. As a plumber supervisor position, tell me about yourself?
My job role is plumber supervisor and this job I have started during my college time. In
fact this time I have done part time job in this field (Briscoe-Palmer and Mattocks, 2020). I have
all skills and abilities to build a good supervisor and in that case I have motivated to work hard
because I have all skills and experiences with various similar jobs. My strength is I have a
responsible towards team working abilities and focus on management skills. My weakness are
sometimes I m biggest judge of my own work. To improve this area I give myself deadlines for
prescript. That's all about me thank you
Q2. Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
Over next few years I have to see myself as a knowledgeable professional with having a
various skills and experiences of firm and industry. I will be committing that I am deliver my
best and learning best from my experiences. I have all leadership qualities and I can manage
team work that in want to explore and develop skills in this project. In five years, I want some
