INTRODUCTION
Employability skills can be defined those skills that are
required to be present in the individual in order to get a
job. An organisation require various skills in order to
accomplish several tasks to perform a job which helps
company to achieve success. Employee should possess
these skills to perform in a better manner in the company.

3.1 Role of Individuals working together to achieve
common goal
Various roles played by individuals of Wellington Hospital
are:
Resource Investigator - They are market extroverts
which are always in a hurry of getting new opportunity.
Co-Ordinator -They act as Group-Counsellor for the
other team members, as they share common goal.
Shaper - They act as Group-Counsellor for the other
team members, as they share common goal.
Specialists - It include people who are specialist in their
work zone area.
