INTRODUCTION
The belief and principles of good practice in health and social care settings are of
predominant importance to the delivery of good quality support to vulnerable individuals.
Further the report is made on St. Joseph's Health Care, London that is committed to the highest
performance, transparency and accountability in the hospital. The study of this report focuses on
employability skills within the health care organization. It covers the skills required for all-
purpose employment such as interpersonal and mobile skills, and the dynamics of working with
others in teams or groups including leadership and communication ability. It also deals with the
day to day working requirement of question solving which includes the identification or
