INTRODUCTIONEmployability skills are required to gain a good job within an organization. Throughthese skills, they get familiar with the colleagues. In this manner they can solve issues andwork for the betterment of the business. This report shows the working of NHS hospital.NHS hospital services are run and managed by NHS trusts, which make sure that hospitalsprovide high-quality health care, and that money is, spent efficiently (Janhonen andJohanson, 2011). They also decide on strategies for hospital developments. It includes theskills which are required in terms of communication and leadership. This research report isabout identifying the own responsibilities and performance within the hotel industry. It alsofocuses on establishing interpersonal skills which are required in solving company’s issues. Task 11.1 Developing responsibility and performance objectivesBeing working as a care taker in NHS health care centre, my responsibility will betowards the patient who is approaching for care. My centre role is to supply best services tothe patients and also having a great interpersonal relation with them. Performance ofpersonnel is reasoned as a backbone of NHS hospital in order to render effectual andprogressive result. Furthermore, to take care of them my duty to take their order that whatpatients are in need of (Ma and Qu, 2011). This is because these nurses, doctors and othersenior staff do not feel lazy and drowsy and can perform their duty with best of their capacityand effectual behaviour. In context to this, some of my own responsibility and performanceobjectives are stated below:I will concentrate on raising my performance so that I can give my best of the result inorder to render effective services to the patients.Developing effective communication with patients so that I can understand theirneeds and problems efficiently.I will try to behaviour training and development session with the approval of higherpotency as it will increase the knowledge of other care takers and nurses.1.2 Evaluating own effectiveness against performance objectives I will be developing a team of health care workers which will assist me in taking somecrucial decisions for the achievement of business goals. In order to some calculations andforecasts, computers will be used by the employees. This will make the operations easier and

simpler on daily basis. My priority will be to develop a team of efficient employees who willcontribute their maximum towards the company. Working as a care taker in NHS health care centre, the performance goals will be asfollows:Grooming session- Personal grooming sessions will bring improvements in my work.In this manner I will be able to attain the goals with more efficiency and productivity. Furthermore, this grooming session will help me to get more of the knowledge whichwill make my profile as a care taker more productive (Kerzner, 2013). Learning Different languages- I am required to learn different types of languages asI will be dealing with patients from different geographical backgrounds. Not onlyEnglish but I need to learn French and German language also (Janhonen andJohanson, 2011). In this manner I will be able to understand the problems of thepatients in more effective manner. Communication skills- Good communication skills will help in developing strongbonding with the patients. Hence it will help me to become more responsive towardstheir needs and requirements. 1.3 Recommendations for improvement Being working as a care taker in NHS hospital, I will centre on improving aflourishing hospital image by giving great service to patients as well as to the NHS hospital(Smit and et.al, 2012). There are some anterior areas where I lack and have to do importantlywell in order to overcome. Field for my improvement are:Workers Interpersonal relation- I need to develop good behaviour relations with mycolleagues, team members, nurses etc. Knowing their experiences will help me inunderstanding my responsibilities in better manner.Effective connection- There is also a need to maintain and develop an effectivecommunication with the patients which will help in identifying the problems that theyare facing. In the health care institutions, doctors, nurses will need great cooperationbetween them. Hence this facilitates effective flow of information at all the levels. Measuring possibility- This approach will help the company is generating newsolutions so that more and more branches can be opened in other countries. (Ma andQu, 2011).
