INTRODUCTIONEmployability skills are identifies by the business organisation for upgrading earningsand mobility as considers as valuable policy. The employees possesses certain skills andknowledge that improves the organisational performance and competitiveness and bringseffective results and outcomes. National Health and Social Care aims at providing health careservices to every citizens based on to need for services rather than their capability for paying forit. This is accountable to communities, patients and local public and is funded by taxes.Identification of solutions to work based problems and communication styles used at differentlevels are explained in the report. Analysis of team dynamics and suggestion of ways in order tocomplete task and achieve team goals are discussed further. PART 1Developing set of own responsibilities and performance objectivesThe development of set for own responsibilities and performance objectives is consideredas self-appraisal that helps in analysing and monitoring own performance within businessorganisation. This also helps in bringing improvements in work performance benefiting overallorganisation (Messum and et.al., 2016). Being an employee in NHS,my duty is to provide healthand social care services to community and I am provided with the title registered nurse.Following is given the table that explains my set of responsibilities and performance objectiveswithin NHS. Key responsibilities at NHS Performance Objectives Providing medication and care servicesto patient.Maintaining the records of patient andkeeping it confidential. Providing proper diet to patient and alsoreviewing the complaints andsuggestions of patient.To provide safe and healthy workingenvironment for patients and othermembers of NHS.I will focus on developing friendly andcaring environment so that I canconvince patient for taking regularmedicines as some times they are notwilling to do so. I will focus on improving my skillsand enhance experience in health andsocial care by provided trainingprograms and following guidelines ofnursing practices. 1
