INTRODUCTION
This report is based on the Employability skills which provide the employment to the
employees. In this report, it contains the all relevant information which is related to the
Employability skills of Tesco. The effective experiences always provide the effective and
efficient skills to the employees. In this report, it contains the all information about the
employability skills and it determines the responsibility and performance of the employees.
Which types of techniques can be used to improve quality of performance. The employability
skills also useful for solving the work based problem. The employability skills provide the
effective personality and attitude of the employees towards the organization. In this report, it has
been also mentioned about the time management strategies of the employability skills. It also
suggests alternative way to complete tasks and achieve the team goals. What are the tools and
methods for developing the solution of problems (Wibrow, 2011).
TASK 1
1.1 Develop own responsibilities and performance objectives
The responsibilities and performance is based on the self improvement. The self
improvement is useful for improvement the performance for the organization. The own
performance and development is important for the self development. The self development is
effective for the ability of the people. The planning and the organizing are related from the self
development because it extends the performance of the individual. The effective and appropriate
performance is totally depending on the experiences because the useful skills provide the
effective experiences. The responsibilities always define the ability of the individual that the
individual has the ability or not for the responsibilities.
The performance always determines the strength and weakness of the individuals. The
responsibilities always determine capacity and capability of the employees. The performance is
also useful for the growth of the organization because it provide the effective activity and action
for the effective organization. The responsibilities and the performance increase the capability
and knowledge of the individual. The effective performances depend on the capacity of labor. If
the work capacity is high of the individual in that case, it will increase the performance of the
individuals (Gravells, 2010).
1.2 Evaluate own effectiveness against defined objectives
The individuals evaluate the effectiveness with the help of purpose and objective through
the organization. There are some systematic manner and way for evaluating the effectiveness of
the individual. They are given below:

● Quality and acceptance of responsibility of self jobs: The job capacity of the individual is
depend on the standard of organization. The effective responsibilities provide the quality of work
for the organization. It is also helpful for fulfilling the customer services, work quality and
increase the use of resources.
● Managing self-jobs: The effectiveness of the individual is helpful in managing the self jobs.
The organization should provide the effective job for their employees. It provides the effective
quality of the jobs and increases the capacity and ability of work for the organization and
provides the effective management for the self jobs.
● Maintenance safety of society: The effectiveness maintains the safety of the society because
the safety of society is most important for all type of organization. The effective safety provides
the effective relation with the society (Heimler, 2010). The cost of activity and events are not
equal for the different customers and provide the effective cast of all events for the different
customers.
1.3 Recommendations for improvement
The effective tools and techniques are helpful for me because it increase of my skills and
ability of working. The effective human resources are helpful in the promotion and provide the
recommendation for the improvement. The improvement is most important for the development
of the employees. An employee is able to take the organization at the higher level for that he is
responsible for the reducing the cost of the product, increase the goodwill of organization and
also helpful in providing the effective product and services. It is helpful in providing the ideas
for the organization and implements it in the organization.
It is helpful in changing the management for the organization and implements the new
management activities. It also increases the work habit of the individual for measuring the
performance of the individuals. In the organization level, the all employees are not experienced
in that they need to an effective work area for the development of their experiences. So, it
provides the innovative workplace to the employees for achieving the goals and objectives of the
organization and organization should also provide the recommendations for the improvement of
their employees.
1.4 Motivational techniques improves quality of performance
The motivational technique is helpful for improving the quality of the performance. The
motivational technique is helpful in fulfilling the needs are wants of the employees. The
motivational techniques always improve the quality of performance of the employees and
provide them the effective education and training for their needs and wants.There are two types
of employees who are able to fulfilling their needs and wants. The first one is the lower level

employees, who are able to fulfill their needs like needs of the shelter and physical needs. The
second one is higher level of employees, who are also able and willing to fulfill their needs and
also fulfill their wants and desires like, car, branded product and services.
The motivational technique is able to manage the effective human resources for the
purpose of the organization. The Tesco Company provides the effective motivational techniques
for increasing the quality of performance of their employees. If the employees are much
motivated by the organization in that case, they will increase the quality of their performance.
The organizations provide the motivational techniques for their employees like, bonus, housing
facility, provide transportation and rewards etc. So, the motivational techniques are important for
improving the quality of performance of the employees (Trought, 2012).

2.1 Develop solutions to work based problem
There are different steps and solutions which is helpful in solving the problem in the
workplace. They are given below:
● In time of contingency: The all types of employees of the organization need to solve the
different kind of problem which is arise at the organization level and need to identify them. So, it
is helpful in development the solutions for the work based problem.
● Using reassessment of equipment: It provide the effective equipment and also helpful in
checking there equipment for the organization. So, this solution is helpful in reducing the
problem in the organization workplace (Ryan, 2012).
● Consumer service providing: It also effective and efficient solution for reducing the problem in
the organization workplace. If the organizations provide the services to the consumers in that
case, it can minimize the risk and problem in the workplace of the organization. So, these are the
effective solution for minimizing the problem in the workplace.
The problem solving is most important for the effective organization because an effective
organization provide the new models and techniques for reducing the problem of the
organization.
2.2 Communicate in variety of styles and appropriate manner at various levels
The effective communication is playing an important role in the organization. The
effective coordination and communication is helpful in the success of the organization. The skills
of the employability are totally depending on the communication among the all departments.
There are some issues for the job practices. They are:

try to remove all these problem which is create in the time of communication. These all are able

communication. There are two types of the communication (Ryan, 2012). They are verbal and
oral communication, the verbal communication is including the speaking communication and the
oral communication includes the writing communication. Basically the effective communication
is useful for the all department of the organization. So, these all are the variety of styles in the
effective communication and generate the proper information in the organization.
2.3 Effective time management strategies
The effective time management is important for the employability skills and also plays a
important role in the organization. In the modern time, the all organization needs to manage the
time for the all activities of the organization (McQuaid, Green, and Danson, 2013). The time
management is the key for the all types of the organization because it manage the activities of the
organization and also helpful in the effective decision making. So, an organization needs to
manage their time for their organization activities.
There are some strategies, which are related for the effective time management. They are
given below:
● Time distraction
● Make sequence of work
● Decentralization of difficult task
● Prioritization of task
● Measure of time consuming tasks and take initiatives
So, these all strategies are effective and efficient for the effective time management and it
provide proper time for the proper activities al the specific time.

3.1 Roles people in a team and how they work together to achieve shared goals
There are some ways in which the people of a team play role and work together in a team
to achieve goals are given below:
● Job Requirements: The job requirements are most important for achieving the goals and
objectives of the organization. A successful business need to identify the needs and wants of the
consumers because the customers are the king of market or organization.
● Resources allocation: the effective resources are also important in management of the team.
An organization should allocate the effective resources for the team of the employees.The
effective resources are needed for the organization requirements and they are also helpful in
minimizing the risk of the team (Lowden, Hall, Elliot, and Lewin, 2011).
● Group communication: A group communication is also play an important role in a team for
work together to achieve some goals and objectives. The appropriate communication provide the
effective listening. Proper communication is required for minimizing the risk and problems.
● Fulfill job requirements: The roles people are provide the job requirement. The effective
human resources are useful in fulfilling the job requirement of their team and helpful in
achieving some common objectives (Wilton, 2011).
3.2 Analyse team dynamics
In the modern time, the team dynamics play an important role in the organization. The
ream dynamics is important for the success of the organization because an effective team
dynamics in important for managing the business activities. In the effective team, the people
work together for achieving some common goals and objectives and provide the effective output
for the organization.
In an effective organization, there are some expert member works in the organization and
build a effective team for the defined purpose of the organization. The effective team is required
for completing the task of the organization and makes the organization effective. An expert tem
is the success of the organization and it helpful in the decision making for the organization. An
effective team is the backbone of the organization because without an effective team an

3.3 Alternative ways to complete tasks and achieve team goals
The arrangement of a team is important for completing the task and achieves the goals of
the team. An effective organization always provides the alternative ways for completing the tasks

and achieving the goals and objectives of the organization. The specialization effective and
alternative ways or method is important for the work. With the help of the specialization, the all
effective team member can complete their effective task and can achieve the goals of their team.
The all member of team can continuously perform their activity in case of the specialization.
A specialized team is effective for their task and activities because they are capable for
completing the task or activities and achieving the goals and objectives of their team. A
specialized team is the backbone of the organization because they manage the organization
effectively and also manage their team work (Wickramasinghe, and Perera, 2010). The
specialization is the alternative ways and method for completing the task and achieving the goals
and objective of the team. So, the specialized team is important for the all types of organization
because they manage the business properly and provide the effective and efficient activities to
the organization and provide the effective goals to the growth of the organization.

4.1 Tools and methods for developing solutions to problems
There are some tools and methods which are helpful for solve the all problems. The tools
and methods are given below:
● Mathematics: This method is important for developing the certain solutions for the problems.
Which the help of the mathematics, the organization can solve their problems in the effective
manner (Rosenberg, Heimler, and Morote, 2012).
● Heuristics: It is also an important method for developing the solution for solving the problems.
The heuristics method is the based on the assumptions. The heuristics method is one type of the
psychological method which provide the effective and efficient solutions for the problems but
not at all time.
● Trial and Error: It is also a method and tool for developing solutions to the problems. This
method is based on the trial and error and the users are able to use this method when the other
method and tools are not available and not working at the time.
So, these three methods and tools are play an important role in the development of
solutions for the problems.
4.2 An appropriate strategy for resolving a particular problem
There are some certain strategies which are helpful for resolving a particular problem.
They are given below:

● Understand the problem: It is the one of the strategy for resolving the particular problem. With
the help of this strategy, the organization needs to identify and understand the problem. So, this
strategy is effective for solving the problem but first the organization needs to find the problem.
● Set plan: After understand the problem, the organization needs to set an effective and useful
plan for resolving the problem. This strategy identify that the plan is effective or not for solving
the particular problem.
● Implementation: After set the plan, the organization need to implement this plan for resolving
the problem in the organization level.
● Evaluation: It is the next step of strategy for resolving the problem. After the implementation,
an organization needs to evaluate the plan for their organization. So, it is the last strategy for
resolving the particular problem (Hind, and Moss, 2012).
So, these all are the effective and appropriate strategies for solving the particular and
certain problems and organization should implement these strategies in the organization in the
efficient manner.
4.3 Potential impact on the business of implementing the strategy
These all strategies have effective impact on the Tesco Company. The Tesco Company
needs to implement these effective strategies in their company. The effective strategies should be
in the appropriate manner and it should be in the effective manner. These all strategies are
effective and useful for solving the problem which has created in the organization.
It is the potential impact on the Tesco Company for implementing the strategies. The
effective and potential employees are the human resources for the organization and they all are
helpful for achieving the goals and objectives of the organization (Jones, 2013). The organization
should provide the appropriate training and education for their employees and need to improve
their performance for fulfill their objectives. If the organization will provide the effective task
and activities in that case, the employees will increase their experience. So, the performance is
depending on the experience of the employees.
CONCLUSION
In this report, it has been concluded that all above details are based on the employability
skills. The effective employee’s team is the backbone of the organization because it is helpful for
achieving the goals and objectives of the organization and provides the appropriate decision to
the organization. It is also helpful for suggesting the appropriate strategies and tools for the
organizations. The effective team employees are helpful for minimizing the problem and risk of

the organization. So, the employability skills is important for satisfy their needs and wants and
also helpful for the organization. In the modern time, the employability skills are important for
the organization.
