INTRODUCTION Academic and employability skills has played greater role in development of the person and led an effective initiative to led any person into an productive and reflective mode. In this level of skills, mainly are people skills, thinking skills and also analytical power to develop high exposure of the person (Morote, 2012). In current time, academic skill are highly necessary to led generate attitude and personality of a person at a greater level. This report will be carry on reflective way and also analysis of self analysis and reflective to understand own level of skills. In this report, discussion will cover two types of skills such as thinking and analytical skills, which are highly required to develop career and develop own exposure at an utilised level. Lastly, this essay based assessment will concluded on the basis of Gibbs reflective model and Hooke report. REFLECTIVE PART Reflective way is a manner of higher level of writing, which generally used to written in I and me style to do analysis of self in context of required skills and exposure which are required to generate outcomes in an effective manner. This assessment will be written in self manner and also developing style to bring effective performance of mine to build self skills & potential at a greater and also on optimised stage of working. I have various skills such as people management, thinking and analytical skills which are positively necessary for me to generate accurate results in given period of time (Jackson, 2014). This skills are highly necessary for my career development along with development of opportunities to develop own and self success for pursuing long term career at an optimised an productive stage of working. I realised that these skills is highly important for me to develop my exposure and experience at an productive stage to generate growth for my level of prospective learning and development of the knowledge. I noticed that I have academic skills such as critical thinking, power of analytics and skill for thinking potential. These skills I have learnt through continuous level of learning and also at an optimised level of stage of working. In my context thinking skills or competencies is highly necessary for me to develop my own power and also potential to get develop my ability to raise my career and working expectancy at an optimised stage of career and also role development. Along with, academic skills, employability skills such as people management, confidence and
leadership are also necessary for me in process of learning and development of my exposure at a bigger and optimised stage to built long term productivity at an utilised platform. I have grown these skills with help of my working or learning outcomes to realise my way of accomplishing targets and life based outcomes in given period of time. I learnt these skills with major motive to develop my exposure, learning and of-course required skills to get productive success after this defined learning at a greater level of sense. I have noticed that I need lots of concentration and practice to led these skills or exposure at an optimised level to get benefits from career and work based practices on an optimised stage of working, I need to develop these skills in further period of time to get relevant outcomes or results for mine future based activities at an optimised stage of career and job enrichment (Rosenberg, 2018). For my career development and sustainability this will be prominent for my get higher level of work based skills in order to develop my way of working or get equipped high level of learning to develop my career sustainability and survival for higher period of time. I have gone through certain evaluation and observation round from my relatives, peer's, boss, employer, family and colleagues on which they have majorly evaluated me on priority of my wants or desire of my career on an higher and also long term basis, I also realisedthat I have certain weakness, issues and problems related to my skills development, which in reality shows that I am suffering with an issue of ineffective learning or skills developmentat an optimised stage of working. I havefound skill gap in my thinking, management and analytical skills, which shows about scope of improvement for longer period of time. This kind of skills gap will be fulfil with support of my continuous level of learning and also work based exposure to develop scope for my career development and also work based exposure to develop career based consistency on an higher and optimised level of working to led productive outcomes in given period of time (Rosenberg, 2018). I realised various skills such as leadership and confidence which is a part of employability skills, in which I have faced gaps such as ineffective performance, attitude and also led effective working exposure on a higher profitable basis. Failure of leadership group of people, lack of effective performance and lack of innovative ability and capability to generate suitable over the given period of time to generate suitable results over a given period of time. In order top overcome these, I have decided to go for learning and development for building these skills at a higher and optimised stage of working on a growth basis. Expected outcomesshows that my analytical skill would cover my skill gap by doing daily based practice for longer point of time. In addition to this, these activities will continue for longer period of time. As, I also told that complete learning based is highly necessary for me to develop my work exposure for longer period of time to get an effective working into my career and also work based exposure for longer period of time. This can be prominent to use various reflective model such asGibbs reflective model, which is complete model for putting reflective portion on my working at zonal level of developing my skills at a productive stage to develop my performance at a zonal level of individual level (Heimler, 2017). To get an effective results out of the skill gap, this will be prominent for me to use Gibbs reflective model which will highly used to develop my skills or higher level of opportunities with ability to built other skills for my higher career expectancy for longer period of time. Given skills has been developed with my long term efforts for the given period of time and also for I have done regular based practice, which in reality has proved right towards development of mine working exposure over a longer period of time. I developed both academic and employability skill with support of my learning and development of my knowledge and also with help of conducting certain valuable activities into the given point of time. Stage 2: Feelings:Before development of these skills, I realised my weakness, which is urgently need to be overcome in given period of time. Skills were majorly higher requirement for me to develop my work exposure or durability to enhance suitable results over the period of time. When I realised that, I have these skill shortage, on which I instantly look forward to go for effective learning or development to led growth of these skills or competencies at a competitive period of time. Stage 3: Evaluation:In this, situation, I positively realised that analytical, thinking and people based of mine has been enhanced at a greater or productive situation at a greater level. During the development of my skills, negative was my lack of patience which is necessary to me to have to develop to get my efficiency and also performance at an optimised and associated level of performance. My efforts were not at its potential stage to develop my skills or level of skills and competencies at an optimised stage of development. My peer, families, friends and colleagues have majorly contributed in my efforts to learn or develop skills at optimised position. They had help me to develop my competencies by taking my test, conduct continuous evaluation over given period of time. Step 4: Conclusion:After this, I realised that, it should need to focus on my further more skills or competencies such as building leadership skills, management exposure which is highly important to generate relevant and suitable outcomes in context of skills or exposure. This will be get develop with help of continuous basis of learning or development. I also have faced issues or problem in context of working in an effective manner. Step 5: Action:This stage involves taking decision at an optimised level for developing skills and competencies at an optimised stage. In this, I personally needs to be go for structuring my own plan or policies for the development and building of skills at an optimised period of time. I identified various changes which needs to be made are as follows: building work based exposure, assisting self into empowerment of exposure of higher level of major level of skills and developing exposure for skills and also work based competencies in given period of time. Training & development of mine is one most pro-active step for acquiring skills at a greater and utilised period of time. This has been analyse that skills or competencies are required to be made with clear level of efforts or potential by me in order to get develop academic and employability skills on a optimised stage of time.
