The purpose of report is to enhance moral ofemployees by adopted effective leadership and interpersonal skills to achieve business goals. Tomotivate workers manager can use these various method and tools to increase their overallproductivity along with their development through create interest toward duties in company.TASK 11.1 Own responsibilities and performance objectivesTo achieving goals and objective of company the role of individual is crucial.
