Further, to give motivation to them every company need to giveproper guidance to them and organise proper training to them. Motivational techniques can beused to meet the objective or goals of the entity. If any problem arises in the company theyneed to find out the possible solution for them and make planning to achieve objective. Timemanagement strategies plays a important role in every company. Managers are makestrategies to achieve the target(Wilton, 2011). Entities are able to maintain their ownrecruitment process and execute them at the time of appointment of new staff members.Every leader have a potential to use a appropriate tools and methods for developing solutionto the problem and give proper motivation or guidance to their worker. HR manager have aresponsibility to appoint new worker and give a right job according to their skills andknowledge(Wickramasinghe and Perera, 2010). Workers collect all their efforts and use in aorganisation to meet goals and objective. Some job responsibilities of store managers of Timbacourt are as follows:Handle the operational functions in order to improve the performance of thecompany.Enhance team working to meet the goals.Managing the functions of stores.

Performance objective of manager:Improving the standards of living of staff members(Rosenberg and et.al,2012).Directly communicate with other members in order to solve problem or givepossible solution to them.Enhancing team working and improve coordination between them.Held staff meeting and try to develop needs of every individuals. As a HR manager of Timbercourt Ineed to fulfil work on time in efficient manner. My communication skills are my strength andmotivates me towards my job. Through these skills I continuously communicate with myjunior member and try to solve their problem. Being a manager of an entity I have tounderstand the demand and requirement of costumers. My skills helps in achieving theobjective and for the same, I also attain some knowledge and experience and build up myconfidence. In the course of retail operation I have to handle the overall performance and useefficient problem solving approaches. I have a ability to manage time and meeting deadlinesand make appropriate strategies and planning. I need to focus sale promotion activities andretailing process of the company(Baker and Henson, 2010). Timbacourt is a internationalcloth retailing organisation which provide cloth for both men and women. I need to redressthe costumer grievances with out any delay or on a continuous basis. 1.3 Recommendations for improvement.Various techniques must be used for improving my skills and build up knowledge inorder to improve performance in the organisation. I need to boost up the confidence of otherstaff members. Further, held a meeting with other members and try to developing needs oftheir problems.
