impossible not to be
faced with these two
things. But I should have
the right attitude towards
this challenge.
2. The heavy
responsibility that comes
with nursery job Is taking
care of children. The
children are precious to
their parents. The fact
that the parents entrust
their little kids to the
nursery assistant makes
my job more important.
Solution to this problem
is I should be fully ready
to carry the
responsibilities
associated with these
jobs (Guzman and Choi,
2013).
3. The working
environment can be
tough to handle in the
health care centre. I
should maintain order
and discipline within the
centres by teaching the
kids how to behave and
by handling them
regarding children in the
nursery. Then making the
list (doing) it, accordingly
checking to do list and then
finally taking action over
the problem relating to the
atmosphere of the job.
2. 5-Why Analysis- When
having a problem relating
to the nursery children in
the hospital, this tool
suggest going to the root
cause of the problem and
then working on it to
maintain the quality
standard in the hospital
(Parnell, 2012).
3. Mishawaka (Fishbone)
Diagram - Fishbone
Diagram is a graphical tool
for identifying the
relationship between a
problem and its potential
causes. One of the most
effective ways of
constructing such a diagram
is to brainstorm potential
causes in a team
environment. For example,
a cause and effect diagram
might be used to determine
doing for 15-minute intervals for
a week or two. Evaluating the
results (Benson, Morgan and
Filippaios, 2014). Determining
the task that requires the most
time; determining the time of
day when I am most productive
and analyzing where most of my
time is devoted taking care of
children, etc. Identifying my
most time-consuming tasks and
determining whether I am
investing my time in the most
important activities (Devambatla
and Nalla, 2015).
2. Using the planning tool-
Jotting notes elsewhere that have
to be transferred later is
inefficient. Reviewing my
planning tool daily. Carrying a
small diary can help me in
jotting the main points of the
children and their habits in the
nursery.

properly.
4. To keep the children
and hospital information
discreet. To solve this
problem I should
maintain file and should
personally meet each
child individually.
Strategies used to solve
problems
1. Draw a Diagram
of the Plan-
Drawing a
diagram is the
most common
problem solving
strategy. I need
to draw a diagram
regarding the
problems and
how to solve
them. The
diagram
represents the
problem in a way
that can be
understood, and
think about it
while we look for
the next step
possible causes of a
recurring problem relating
to children in the hospital.
4. Simplified Failure
Modes and Effects
Analysis- Using this
standard I can start by
considering each
component or functional
block in the system and
how it can fail referred to
as failure modes. I can then
determine the effect of each
failure mode, and the
severity on the function of
the system. And then take
the corrective action within
the hospital regarding my
job (Benson, Morgan and
Filippaios, 2014).

(Shortliffe and
Cimino, 2013).
2. Make a list of the plan
to solve – to solve the
problem regarding
children in the hospital it
is often obvious to make
a list. For example:
putting things in order,
there are many children
in the hospital. List
making of all those
children will make my
work easy and without
time consuming
(Devambatla and Nalla,
2015).
9. Evaluate the impact of
implementing Strategies
on the business 4.3
1. These strategies helped in attempting to establish and
maintaining the trust and confidence of practitioner,
policymakers, children and their families as well as hospital
associates. Promoting freedom of individuals while protecting
them from danger or harm (Guzman and Choi, 2013).
2. The strategies had a rational impact on the hospital Every
individual has different attitude towards acquiring new skills
so; it makes a positive impact of policy, legislation, regulations
and codes of practices on the health care institute. The factors
related to children behaviour such as truthfulness, open-
mindedness and curiosity are enhanced which affect the
working of me in the hospital.
3. It also helped in getting respect as nursery assistant and
seeking to guarantee that children behaviour does not put

pressure on me. I started being accountable for the quality of
work and taking responsibility for maintaining and improving
the knowledge and skills (Shortliffe and Cimino, 2013).
4. Implementing strategies had an emotional and social impact
on the hospital. Various social and emotional factors related to
policy, legislation and regulations make an impact on the
working of hospital. The impact may be negative as the health
care individuals may have social belief to adopt new things
related to their perception. This makes the nursery assistant
face difficulty in obtaining training regarding handling
children. Hence, the effectiveness can be hampered. However,
these strategies lead to provision of high quality care and
treatment to the nursery children (Purnell, 2012).
TASK 3 COLLABORATIVE TEAM DYNAMICS JOURNAL
There are various roles which are performed by the different individual for the purpose of
attaining the shared goals as a team. Working in a team helps to attain the goals within the
specific duration of time and also build up the team spirit (Aston, 2010).

the performance more effective and efficient . This reflects the effective planning which leads to
the effective attainment of the goals of the organization.
