individual overall skill and evaluation of any kind of further which is required to be undertaken.
In these report formative discussions has been made on Travelodge hotels, which is one of the
leading and growing business sector within hospitality industry by having around 500 hotels
situated within United Kingdom. This report discusses skills of an individual along with
numerous set of self responsibility that will benefit in performance management. Along with
these smart techniques has been mentioned in this report. Lastly concept of motivational skills
which will help in improving performance quality of an individuals are also been covered in this
