Introduction
Employability is refers to the capability of the individual person to adopt the knowledge and
enhance the skills in order to obtain success in the career path. With the assistance of the
employability the individual person is able to complete the task in effective as well as efficient
manner . The present report will exam in the em,employability and study skills of individual
person with the help of the reflective model Gibbs reflective model. Along with that the report
will deliver an idea to enhance the skills or ability for the future achievement.
Employability and study skills
For this assessment I will use Gibbs reflective model in order to write the reflective report related
to my employability and study skills. This model includes various stages such as description,
feelings, evaluation, conclusion and action plan.
Description
With the assistance of this assessment, I acknowledge myself with the various concept related to
employment and study skills. That was best experience of my life because I am able to enhance
my knowledge and develop my skills which is important for the best career path. With the
assistance of that I am able to enhance my confidence and able to develop my own comfort
zone in order to gain relevant information for the e role of the employability. In the report I
determine how the communicational skills, time management, research skills, teamwork,
problem solving skills worked as the essential element of the employability. During the
assessment I conduct research on the employability and skills that allow me to plan the best
career path for the future. Along with that during the lecture i also determine the arse of the
improvident to develop my own image within the organisation. At the time of this assessment I
develop the good bonds with the other members and develop my future boundaries. Further due
to that I am able to improve my written as well as vocabulary skills. Along with that I am able to
deliver the good impression in front of all the instructors or the members who are available
during the lectures by answering the question the mentor asked to identify the mind set of each
and every member presented. In this assessment I evaluated the points which supposed to be
considered while designing the CV for the job application (Aliu and Aigbavboa, 2019) .
Feeling
My feeling of learning all these skills and ability was quite good and fell enthusiastic at the
moment i was attending the lecture in appropriate manner. At same time I got frustrated too

because I am facing lack of skills that play vital role in employment role. I also determine that
with the help of the academic skills I am able to deliver the services in the unique and efficient
manner. At the time I realized that for being the part of the organisation it is important to have
good communicational skills in order to deliver the right information to the right people. Due to
communicational skills the individual person usable to enhance productivity of the company in
domestic as well as international marketplace (Shisha and Rajasekaran, 2018.). Before the
assessment I am not friendly with the skills which allow me to become the potential employees
in the forthcoming time period . After all the discussion I come o know that I can become good
leader I deliver the employability efforts in proper manner. Apart from that after attending the
lecture my perception of thinking completely changes ad I started looking for the best
opportunity and started collecting the findings from various sources of informational.
Evaluation:
While attending the academic and employability skills I gain lots of knowledge about the various
skills. This lecture being positivity and develop my personality in adequate manner. Along with
that the best thing I loved about this lecture is that I am able to determine my strength, weakness,
opportunities and threats on that I suppose to work in order to lead or operate the function of the
company. Through the assessment I determine that the communicational skills id the essential
element for exchanging the ideas and message from one person to another. I have good skills that
is my biggest skills. I personally examine these skills while I was working on assignment with
the group members in the school-days I bring good communication that includes verbal and
written. With the communicational skill I am able to provide the roles and responsibility to each
and every member of the group in effective as well as efficient manner. When i need to deliver
some information to the people I communicate with them and exchange the idea which also
bring the creativity in the assignment (Suarta and et.al 2017) .
Along with that while I was interesting with the members some are able to store the information,
so I write down the essential elements which I included in the verbal communication. Along with
that I have great creativity skills that allow in delivering the best assignment in front of the entire
class room. Creativity is the one that bring uniqueness at the workplace. At that time of lecture I
was glad to have that skills when the professor indicates that with the creativity skills the
individual person is able to bring changes at the workplace that help the organisation in
increasing the scale of the growth. At that moment i also decrease my level of anxiety I was

having regarding my career. I also determine the challenges the individual person face at the
dime of performing employees roles within the organisation.
Along with that i also exhibit my team work skills by cooperating and coordinating with the
other members when the professor allotted the activity that need to be completed with the group
members. Due to that I am able to boost my confidence in an appropriate manner. Also, I
evaluated that with the effective team members the organisation can accomplish the goal in short
period. At that moment I listen the perspectives, points or the strategy in order to collaborate
with them. I arachnology that the presented during the lecture have different values, belief,
culture that maintain the capability of the workers as everyone encourages others with different
skills and knowledge. Moreover, for being profitable at workplace the individual person suppose
to the climate or the environment of the organisation that is the basic knowledge I collected from
the assessment of employability and academic skills. In my opinion if you are not able to
demonstrate your skills in effective way then the individual person is not able to perform his or
her task at multinational organisation in effective manner. During the assessment I am able to
create the network with the people in order to obtain knowledge .
Moreover, i also determine my weaknesses which is essential in order to perform well in the
organization. Lack of time management is my biggest weakness that worked as the barrier in the
forthcoming time (Sin, Tavares and Amaral, 2019). I determine that skill when I was completing
my assignment at that time I consumed lots of time in completion due to that I missed my
submission date and not able to meet the deadlines. For managing the professional as well as
personal life, time management is the important tool. With thy assistance of time management
the individual person is able to complete the task on time. Along with that I have opportunity to
improve my problem solving skills in order to satisfy the numbers of employees working in any
organisation. It will help me in improving then performance as well as engagement of the
employees in appropriate manner.
Conclusion
From the discussion I have analysed that I need to focus on some areas in order to enhance my
capability and performance. The skills are the component which allow to perform the role in
proper manner. Through the assessment of I determine suitable job role for the forthcoming time
period. Along with that I developed various skills that will deliver assistance in execute the plans

person shouldn't stop learning and always enhance skills with the different plans of action.
