INTRODUCTION
Human resource management termed to the wider term of tactics that is essential for all
management to adapt in respect to maintain the respective, situation and culture of business. Its
fundamentally concentrates on their workers to make them efficient that resulted in the
enhancement in their productivity as it supports the business in accomplishing the managerial
targets and aims in a suitable and relevant way. The members of human resource management is
accountable for offering training, talent management direction, knowledge, legal suggestions and
so on (Afriati, and Ahmad, 2022). The management consider in this report is Marks and
Spencer. It is a British international retailers that deals with several products whose headquarter
is in London, England, United Kingdom. This report will follows about the tactics and
techniques that are being utilised by the HRM to increase the workers involvement and the
theories of workers voice with their advantages for both leaders and workers. As with it, this also
cover training and development proposal that support the leaders and workers for knowing the
roles and duties.

Techniques and strategies that can be used to enhance employee involvement and engagement
Employee engagement is termed as a method in a management that lead to the innovation
of suitable conditions for the workers who are performing at their management. It support in
encouraging them towards the managerial targets and aims. On the other hand, it is also refers as
a tool that resulted in the relation of workers with their leaders and workers in an effective and as
well as in efficient way. Likewise, it is also refers as the manner of strength of mental and
emotional dealings that produce their effective aspects that are termed to their task, groups and
global management (Ali Sarlak, Foroghipor, and Nikravan, 2022). It also covers employees to
the working culture that allows the workers of management in putting their input in their
decision making procedure that also motivates enhancement in their tasking presentation of
workers.
By dealing with workers involvement at management it is termed as their roles of Human
resource management. Involving of workers will support the business in retaining their valuable
workers. The productivity and as well as profitability of the business can be increased by higher

workers involvement with several term of techniques and tactics that are being created by Marks
and Spencer. It cover some sections that are as follows -
Managing work life balance – It termed to the section of priorities among professional
and as well as personal life of workers. Work life schedule concentrates on understanding
about the manner, in that the workers are spending outside the task. It involves about the
work and management, the workers have to satisfy their roles towards their interest,
dealing, friendships, relations and so on (Bakhru, and Sharma, 2022). The feeling of
encouragement can be created in the workers by maintaining their work life schedule as
the workers can enjoy their life as well.
Recognition and rewarding the employees – The involvement of workers can also be
increased by understanding them at management. By offering recognition, the business
can encourage their workers that resulted in the enhancement of their global presentation
of their workers in an effective and as well as in efficient way. As with it, the business
can also create some incentives distribution system in that they can offer incentives and
credit to the respective workers or the global group on successful completion of any
certain report.
Communicating the feedback in right way – It has been measured that effective term of
intrinsic dealing in the business supports the business in enhancing their working
presentation. The workers are to be heard, recognised and informed about working
process in an efficient way. Increment in engaging of workers can be done by developing
a secure platform for their workers that supports them in sharing an effective feedback.
Their involvement can be measured by communicating all the required data with them.

communication at the management that offers distinct and honest answer to workers.
Promote healthy work habits – This section has been adapted by the business in respect
to create effective and healthy attitude in the business (De Cieri, Sanders, and Lin,
2022). The business can create the aspects to care their workers by offering them time
break between their working hour. It lead to maximisation in comfortableness at the
management. As with it, it also maintain the workers towards the business and enhancing
their involvement in an effective and efficient manner.
