products and food products. It has about 1500 outlets that operates across the world that
represents that they have higher growth and presence of market. The key intent of this report is to
evaluate the impact of employee motivation schemes to staff retention. The topics that are going
to be highlighted in this report are research aim, questions, objectives, literature review, and
research methodology. Additionally, findings and discussion are also explained. Apart from this,
recommendations and implication for further study are also described in this report.
