et.al., 2020). That is why, through thematic analysis, scholar can determine strategies through which
the employee performance can improved.
Another reason for choosing this topic is such that scholar have their own interest to conduct the
study in order to enhance their knowledge pertaining to employee motivation. Also, this in turn
assists to raise the skills which can be beneficial for the future study.

Adam Equity theory and Maslow Hierarchy theory etc.
