INTRODUCTIONEmployee relations is considered as a very essential factor that helps in maintaining theprocessing of the operations and services in an efficient and appropriate manner (Nyberg, Pieperand Trevor, 2016). Also, it can be termed as a sort of effort that is being made and developed bythe company in order to make a sort of consistency in the operations of the company. It alsomeans providing fair and equal treatment to all the employees of the company. The reportincludes the analysis of employee relations in ASDA and the rights, legislations involved. Also,it helps in understanding the stakeholder analysis along with the influence of employee relationson it. P1 Importance of employee relations in ASDAAlthough employee relations is considered as an effective way of managing all theoperations and services in ASDA but some well known and common examples of it arediscussed as under :It helps in maintaining a strong and balanced employee relations so that ASDA can beable to focus on the basic requirements as per the competitiveness in the market place. Itcan also help ASDA to achieve all the objectives and targets at a much faster rate. Also, it is obvious enough that the output from a single person might be low as comparedto a whole team because a single mind can speak a few ideas but a whole team can speakenormous number of ideas. So, after discussing and understanding each idea, ASDA cancome on to a final conclusion that can seem effective enough for them to achieve thetargets and goals. Efficient employee relations can also help in making the environment of ASDA happierand healthier. It is because this is obvious that after so much of hard work and stress,employees at ASDA will also want to relax their selves. For that they can haveinteractions with people etc. it is because this helps in providing a sort of relaxation tothem. This can further help them in keeping their focus on the work better, thus it canfurther help ASDA to have a higher productivity and popularity rate.Also, it leads to a decrease in the conflicts and issues because when there will be anefficient set of employee relations in ASDA, it will automatically help in making theculture and environment of the organisation happier and healthier. Thus, it will help inreducing the rate of conflicts and complications.1

P2 Fundamentals of employment law in ASDAEmployment law is also considered as labour law and it helps enormous number ofemployees because it makes involvement of all the basic features, whether it is about the rightsof the employees etc., it acts very essential in providing support to the employees. ASDA makesinvolvement of all the aspects of the employment law o that each and every employee can staysatisfied with their role in ASDA and thus, they can be able enough to keep their focus on theoperations and services in a way that they all can be able to achieve all the objectives and targetsat a much faster rate. It also helps in mediating the relations as well, whether it is between theemployees, staff or the authorities, it helps in mediating the relationships between all (Albrechtand et.al., 2015). As per the standards by the government, it is important that each and everyorganization follow the labour law because it involves the rights of the employees. Whether it isabout the income, rights or any other related factor, it is very important that no organisation cantake extra benefits from any employee. So, ASDA ensures to follow the same and has made theguidelines in a way that all the employees can stay satisfied with the job and no employee isundergoing any sort of complication or trouble such as depression, discrimination or racism etc.Therefore it helps ASDA in maintaining all the relations and operations in a way that it seemsefficient enough to achieve all the objectives and targets at a much faster rate. It includes all therights of the employees and employees at ASDA should also stay aware of thee. In ASDA, theauthorities usually organise various sessions in which they make all the employees aware of theirrights so that if in case, any employee in the future moves to some other organisation, theyshould know their rights so that no person can make misuse of them. So, this can be consideredas a very essential feature of ASDA to make involvement of proper laws and policies so that thewhole management of the operations and processes can stay balanced enough. P3 Different types of rights and dutiesThere are various legislations made by the government in order to provide a sort ofsatisfaction to the employees as well as employers. Some well known examples of it arediscussed as under :Equality Act 2010As per the equality Act 2010, it considers the fact that there should be no sort ofdiscrimination in the workplace.
