and techniques that, Leigh can use for
controlling the staff.
As the leader solves more and more
problems, he becomes more successful.
It is important for Leigh to know that
these skills, which can help in managing
and controlling the staff and all the
employees which will further result in
the achievement of the targets of the
company at a faster rate.
The respect for him will also increase
when he must be having efficient skills.
All he needs to manage is the ways by
which he can control all the employees.
Having efficient leadership skills does
not means being too much bossy to the
employees. It is because that behavior or
attitude can demotivate the employee to a
huge context and also, the employee may
lose their focus towards work.

Also, a leader should be cooperative
towards its employees and Leigh should
understand this. This factor can help
employees to stay out of any mental
tension that must be affecting their work
and acting as a barrier towards
company’s success.
Also, Leigh should realize that judging
any employee on any activity is bad. One
cannot judge anyone on the basis of a
few activities. It demoralizes the
employees, so it is better to stay away
from these negative factors.
Healthy environment- To
maintain a healthier and
happier environment so
that the employees can
stay focused towards the
work.
3 weeks Consultant Leigh should understand the fact that the
factors for success are associated with an
important factor, that is the healthier and
happier environment.
It should be maintained so that
employees can stay peaceful and can
concentrate on their work better.
While working, interacting is also
equally important, it keeps mind fresh
and helps the employees to stay focused
towards their work.
This will further help company in
achieving targets of company.
Interaction along with the work is

necessary but too much of interaction can
affect the work as well. So, it is better to
interact in between for recreation
purpose and getting relaxed if one is
feeling tired enough to continue the
work.
A healthier and happier environment
helps the organization in staying away
from any negative factor.
A positive environment makes
employees enthusiastic, so it is important
to maintain that positive environment by
keeping the misunderstandings, useless
grudges away.
Thus, a happier and healthier
environment makes the environment of
the workplace quite flexible.
Motivation- To provide
motivation to the
employees on a regular
basis.

providing some sort of encouragement
and motivation to employees is essential.
It helps employees to consider fact that
their work is being appreciated, and this
factor helps them in doing more
encouraged towards work.
So, he should provide some sort of
motivation to them, it can be in form of
incentives, increments or any other
