INTRODUCTION
In the corporate competitive world, it is compulsory for a company to develop precise
relations between different employees in order to get desired success in the market. The different
companies in the international market focus on developing positive employment relationship
using appropriate business techniques in order to grow in the market (Basnyat and Lao, 2019). In
this report value and significance of maintaining positive employment relationship is mentioned
along with fundamentals of employment law. This report also contains a brief analysis of
stakeholders in order to develop marketing goals and objectives and achieve them in a set period
of time. This project report also contains explanation of various duties, rights of an employer and
employee in order to perform business operations in a perfect manner. In this report example of
Astrazeneca is taken into consideration which is a British-Swedish multinational
pharmaceutical company. The company was founded in the year 1999 and is headquartered in
Cambridge, United Kingdom.

For the benefit of the organisation employer make better relationship with their employees.
Failure and success of businesses have directly affected from the working of the staff as it is
important for the company to make a effective strategy to make good and strong relations to their
employees. Successful businesses pay proper attention to make good relationship between
employers and employees of the companies for achieving the objectives for the company. In this
employer should be ensuring about the proper satisfaction of the employees so they give their
best efforts to the company for achieving the goals, mission, or objectives in more effective way.
If a company want to make good relationship with their employees they start to treat them more
valuable instead of only a resource that is use only for the benefit of the company. They should
be treating equal in order to make long and healthy relations with them. By using employee
relation it helps the company to increase strong cooperation and good understanding in a
working area (Berber and Lekovic, 2018) It helps the employees to have open and effectual
communication within a business. If an employee is satisfied and happy then he put more efforts
to their work it will help them to increase growth of the company. Astra Zeneca also focus on to
make good relations with their employees in order to achieve goals or objective for the company.
Importance and value of employee relations in AstraZeneca are given below:-
There are several issues on which an individual cannot take decision alone- In a
company employees need some advice and guidance in some cases and also want to take
decision so they want to have good relation with their employees. In some cases
employees give brilliant ideas so it is important to have strong relation and
communication with employees. AstraZeneca also take ideas and give proper guidance to
their employees.
Work becomes easy if it is shared among all- Employers healthy relations with their
employees makes work easier and decrease the load and also help them to improve or
increase productivity of the company. The employers of the company divide the work
