Background of study
Employees rewards is the process in which organization recognition of their workers
towards their efforts which they make of the company. It is one of the most effective ways
which used by organization to motivated their workers. In many organization's customer's
interaction is done by the employees so it is important to provide reward (Kravtsov, Кравцов,
and Кравцов, 2017). There are several types of benefits which can be received by organization
for proving reward to their workers. It is directly linked with the employee's performance.
Through this method job satisfaction increased in employees and they become able to produced
better work to the company. If employees are rewarded then their interaction skills are also
improved and they feel motivate. There are two types of reward methods which mainly includes
monetary and non monetary method ( Kichuk, 2017). All these methods are used by companies
so they can motivate to their employees. Reward is also gives more benefits to customer of the
entities as they become able to receive better work from the service provider. Along with this
technique also helps to bring positive environment. Reward is that techniques which aid value in
service and helps to organization for adding more customers. It helps to business firm to
motivated their workers for performing their tasks in team. In the services industries, employees
are mots valuable assets for company as they help to make effective interaction with them with
other people and helps to them for gaining more customer's in their business. They help to
consumers to making receiving their services in most effective manner (Choi,. and Joung, 2017).
They are also considered as the medium in between employees and customers. It system can
improve skills and performance of employees. Qbic Hotel is small scale organization, which
offering different types of services to their customers. The present study is based on the
employees reward in the organization and how it makes impact on company.
Rational of study
Reward is very important tool for the company as it helps to the business firm for retain
their workers for the long term (Bustamam, Teng and Abdullah, 2014). At present there are
many organizations which are suffering from the high level of employees turnover rate because
they do not receive any types of recognition from their working place. So it is important for the
organization to give provide reward to their workers so they can build long term relations with
them. By giving reward to employee, firm increases satisfaction level of their workers and if the

employees are satisfied then customers also get satisfaction (De Gieter and Hofmans, 2015).
Business organization for making their operations more successful use such type of practices so
they can understand the requirement of employees. Along with this it also considered as the way
for saying thank you to employees of valuable efforts which they make for the organization. It
creates a sense of importance for the employees as his efforts are recognition by the company.
In many organization HR, make a separate department for reward management so employees
efforts can be recognized within group (Snelgar, Renard and Venter 2013). It is always not
important to provide monetary incentives to employees firm can also provide non monetary
incentives to their workers. Through this technique workers feel motivated so they can also give

As according to (Bustamam, Teng and Abdullah, 2014) there are many factors which
drives employees for improving their performances such as employees appraisals, monetary
incentives etc. all these factors helps to employees for improving their performances. By
providing employees rewards they motivated to their workers and helps to them for giving better

services. As according to (De Gieter and Hofmans, 2015) in the service industries most of the
customer's interaction is done by the employees, as per their behavior they give review to the
organization. In every company it is important that , to give reward to their employees which
helps to them for improving their performance. As according to the (Snelgar, Renard and Venter
2013) there are various types of reward system, basically there are two types of reward methods
i.e. monetary and non monetary method. In the Monterrey system include to provide money
benefits to workers such as increased salary, provide performance incentives etc. In non-
monetary incentive includes giving performance sheets etc. All these methods are used by
companies so they can motivate to their employees. As according (Agwu, 2013) by motivating
their employees they try to improve their performance. Reward system is core principle of the
human management. There are several types of benefits which can be received by organization
for proving reward to their workers. In order to enhance employees performance it is essential
elements which need to be taken into account. In the hotel industries it is very effective tool
which helps to attract more customers in business. As according (Lillis, Malin and Mundy 2015)
In the services industrializes most of the interaction are done by the employees. If employees are
reward then their interaction skills are also improved and helps to them for increased their
performance. By giving reward to employees , firm increases satisfaction level of their workers.
If employees of the company are satisfied then it helps to them for giving better performance.
As according (Aksakal and Dağdeviren, 2014), individuals are not making any type of effective
interaction if they are not satisfied with their workplace. Satisfied workers give better work and
helps to business firm for gaining more customers. Along with this technique also helps to bring
positive environment. Workers feel motivated so they can also give better work which
maintained positive work environment in the company.
As According to ( Kim, and Kim, 2016) reward system is type of invests which done by
the company so they can improve skills and performance of employees. Rewarding employees,
encourage workers for improving their skills and performance in the long term. It creates healthy
and positive work environment in the company. For receiving reward they try to improve their
performance and skills. So it can be says that there is direct relation in between employees
performance and their reward system .
As according to the (Presbitero, 2017) requirements of the rewarding the employees
works is important aspects. In the modern era with increases , globalization it is important to

every one want to take advantages of the competitive business environment as according to ().
For business firm it is essential to keep their workers with them so they can make effective
interaction with their customers. Business organization are become more competitive in today's
world so and they want to take each and every types of opportunities which help to them for
making their operations more successful. Along with this the another requirement of the reward

For maintaining long term relations with workers it is essential that to provide them some type of
monetary incentives. With the help this technique they can associate with organization in
better manner. Productivity is also enhanced by rewarding employees in the firm they get
motivated along with special. There many types of methods to motivated to workers but reward
is considered as the most effective tool. There are many business organization which are
providing high amount in their reward system. Through this they can attract more talents in the
company. As according (Kichuk, A., 2017) most of the individuals are attracted to those
companies from which they receive good money. It is very effective technique that used by
entities for pooling their business with talented people. As according to (Choi, E.K. and Joung,
H.W., 2017) another requirement of providing reward to employees is way to thank their work.
When organization give recognition to individual for their work it creates a sense of importance
in their work. With the helps of this technique they encourage to their workers for achieving their
business goals and taking their performance to the next level. In the small scale it is also created

in the firm. Providing reward is also considered as the moral practices which need to be taken in
the company. Business concern need to provide some benefits towards the work which they

provide by organization at the end of each year. It is varied to each entity and per the

used by organization. In order to achieve such type of reward workers need to improve their
skills and knowledge so they can maintain their performance chart. The another approach which
used by business firm is to provide promotion to their workers. Such type of techniques are use
by companies at that time when they want to established long term relation with their workers.
Apart from the above incentives there are some other types of non monetary methods are also
available such as provide feedback. It is one the most effective method which is used by
organization. Under this approach mangers review the work of their employees and according to

employees. But there are also some disadvantages are also which faced by organization to
provide reward. As according (Aksakal and Dağdeviren, 2014) the main disadvantage which
faced by management is that it may create negative competition among the employees. If one
person receive benefits then another many become jealous with them. It may create negative
impact in firm and also leads to more dissatisfaction among the other worker. As according to
the (Presbitero, A., 2017) there are many organizations which does not provide transparency in
their work. So due to the lack of this they have to face different types of blame such as
discrimination. Many workers in the firm feel discrimination if they do not receive the any types
of reward. Due to these companies have to face many challenges in their workplace environment
and also leads to negativity in the organization. As according to (Kim, and Kim, 2016) there are
many organizations which pay reward at the end of the year it may create a sense of
dissatisfaction among workers. Along with this reward are also be provided on annual basis with
equal amount.

use by researcher. With the help of this research approach they can collect data in more authentic
way and obtain information (Vaioleti, 2016). It is important for the scholar use appropriate

The type of research helps to scholar to conduct research in effective manner. It helps to
researcher for conducting research on the various topic on the which research has been
conducted. In the research techniques, there are two types of investigation which qualitative and
quantitative. These both are major form of the research investigation (Taylor, Bogdan and
DeVault, 2015). Quantitative investigation is that in which researcher make research by using
different types of data which are collected by researcher. Qualitative approach is more focused
on the collecting data from the different types of sources in which they use quality of data which
are based on the general science. In the present report research use qualitative method, through
this research method information are collected in more efficient manner (Smith, 2015) In this

making research. It is also refers to use different types of approaches which helps to investigator
for making investigation in more logical way (Mackey and Gass, 2015). In the research science
there are various types of research type of research design are available such as descriptive,
correlations, review etc. with the helps of such type of research design, scholar collected
required information in effective manner and develop effective findings for the research. In
order to collect the information on the reward system in the Qbic hotel research use descriptive

researcher for collecting information in more effective manner. It may create positive or negative

the above theory the researcher uses deductive approach through which they can make their
research more effective and gathering in depth knowledge (Taylor, Bogdan and DeVault, 2015).
In this approach, scholar use collect data from the existing sources so they can receive systematic
outcomes of their research. Therefore, deductive research approach has been applied for
analyzing the reward system which is being applied in Qbic hotel.

It is refers to the method and value in which data has been collected. It can also be
defined as the assumption on which data has been gathered and on the basis on which research
strategy has been developed (Smith, 2015). For making research on any types of topic, research
use various types of philosophy so they can make development of their research and collect the
data in systematic manner. There are various types of research philosophy such as
interpretvitism, realism and positivism. In order to make research on the reward on the company
interpretvitism methods has been used. Through the philosophy of research gain understanding
of the various types of hypothesis and practices which they used to provide clear justification on

research for collecting data in more accurate manner. With the helps of this research approach
research can collect data on the Qbic hotel for understanding theory reward system .

It is process of gathering and measuring information on targeted variables in systematic
manner. This helps to research to collect the data to achieving aims and objectives. There are two
types of methods which use by researcher to make collecting of data that is primary and
secondary (Taylor, Bogdan and DeVault, 2015) . Primary data which collect by the research in
from to make questionnaire or counting survey. In the secondary source scholar uses publish
source or through the internet. With the helps of sources researcher can increased level of
validity of data (Flick, 2015). For making research on the Qbic hotel scholar uses both method
so they can maintain effective research.

After collection of data, the next method which used by research is make analysis on
data. Generally there are two types of methods which can be used by research for making
analysis of statistical or mathematical tool (Vaioleti, 2016). In this process data are collects
and make analysis on them by using various tool such as use of different types of graphs and
diagrams (Choi and Joung, 2017). In the present report to make analysis on the Qbic hotel's
reward system thematic approach has been used.
Sample
The sample of data are related to the in which primary date's respondent has been
selected. Under the present report researcher use random sampling method. For making research
on the Qbic hotel, research includes employees of the organization (Smith, 2015). With the help
of them, researcher can understand the actual effective of their work and make research the ways
in which data should be collects. 10 employees have been selects for the making research on
Qbic hotel and their reward management.
Limitation
Researcher makes the best efforts for collecting data, but there are some limitation which
apply on its research. The sources in which data has been collects may also not much authentic.
Along with this research collects data in very less time (Smith, 2015). In order to make research
more appropriate it is essential that proper time should be allocated. Sample size of the data are
also not large.

By making above research it is identified that reward system is continuous process which
need to be taken place on the organization. There are major benefits which brings with reward
management is that it encourage employees for improving their skills and brings healthy
competition among workers. Apart from this benefit there are different types of disadvantage are
also there which may effects organization reward management. Following are the
recommendation which Qbic hotel need to follow for improving their employees reward
program.
 The first recommendation which organization need to be follow, is to bring more
transparency in the reward management. In the research it is identified that there are
sever la types of problems which faced by organization in their reward management. If

 The another recommendation for improving reward management is to make sure that all
employees are timely recognized and reward should be pay o time. There are some
cases which appear and management fails to provide reward on time which demotivating
workers. So encourages to workers , it is essential that reward should be pay on time.
Along with this it should be pay equal. So no employee feel nay types of discrimination
at the workplace.
CHAPTER 6: CONCLUSION
Summing up the above report it can be concluded that reward is the best tool which can
be used by organization for encourage to employees. At workplace it very important for the
organization to encourage to their individual so they can give better work. There are various
types of reward methods which can be used by business firm for improving performance. In the
small scale business it is also very important as it helps to them for building long term business
relationship with their workers. Qbic hotel is SMEs, in which they, by offering reward try to
develop effective business relationship with their workers. From the above research it is also
concluded that there are some disadvantage are also there in order to apply reward management
in the organization. So it is suggested that organization need to provide transparency in their
work so workers also feel that they receive equal change and no discrimination take place.
