organization's efficiency & performance. Employees may readily incorporate modern software or

organization must set strategic goals, assess educational objectives, define skill shortages, stack

that technical education is the more important to improve the effectiveness and development of

the most effective type of training which need to provide by the organisation. 9 people were in

organisational productivity level. Out of 60 respondents, overall 12 people answer that coaching

successfully that hand on training is the best technique need to be implement by the organisation,
9 people responded that instructor lead training is the better technique, 7 people responded that
role play is the good option, 6 people answer that group discussion and activities are the main
technique and five people answer that lecture sessions are considered as the most effective
techniques need to implement by ASDA manager to improve the organisational productivity
level.

According to this research assessment, it is concluded that the significance of the employee
training is more because it can helpful to improve the productivity and profitability of the
employees and company both. It may be inferred that staff training programs played a critical
part in an organization's success. Employee training has a substantial influence on the success of
a firm, according to the research. Individuals' knowledge & also skills are improved via training,
allowing them to better comprehend & also adapt to market developments (Park, Kang and Kim,
2018). It is crucial in an organization since it helps to increase value by giving greater experience
& information. It is determined that employee training improves employees' morale, allowing
them to provide more efficient result in achieving the organisational goals & also objectives. It
could also assist improve employee performance by cutting turnover of employees, decreasing
maintenance fees, & also reducing client complaints (Almatrooshi Singh and Farouk, 2016).
Organizations typically give training & also education to their workers in order to encourage
individuals to learn new skills & enrich their knowledge in order to stay relevant & advance their
careers. These enhancements have a significant influence on employee efficiency while also
increasing corporate profit. It is determined that Workforce planning is equally important for
both new & also experienced employees. It enables new workers to become acquainted with

Recommendation
As per the above discussion related with the primary and secondary research and also qualitative
and quantitative research method, are certain kind of recommendations are recommended by the
researcher in order to enhance the organisational profitability level and also improve the
effectiveness of organisation so that organisation can maintain the employee training sessions for
the overall development of the employees and organisation. The explanation about the certain
recommendations which are provided by the researcher are discussed below –
 It is recommended that, ASDA manager need to focus on different types of methods
which can helpful to enhance the employee training applicability in the organisation.
Organisation need to implement the on the job oriented training method and also focus on
the knowledge base training sessions (Ilić and Petković, 2019). Apart from this manager
need to consider the experimental method and simulation method in order to enhance the
interest level of employees in order to take the training sessions (Krishnaveni and
Monica, 2016).
 It is also recommended that company manager need to focus on some specific elements
in order to enhance the employee training sessions and remove the challenges which are
facing by the organisation such as company need to focus on induction training sessions
and also maintain their job rotation process as for the capabilities and applicability’s of
their employees. Moreover company can provide internship programs and coaching
sessions for their fresher employees so that they can learn more about the organisation
(Mira, Choong and Thim, 2019).
 On the basis of current situation of the company, it is recommended that HR manager of
the company need to implement and adapt some specific techniques which can helpful to
enhance the employee training in the organisation such as manager need to focus on the
computer based training techniques, conduct some interactive training session so that all

the employees can easily collaborate with each other in order to improve the profitability
of the organisation (Sharma, 2020).
 As per this research and also analysis of the researcher, it is also recommended that
company need to know more about their employees and also focus on the communication
channels so that all the employees can easily connected with each other and also improve
their experience in the group.
 It is also recommended that company need to arrange some get together sessions and
provide flexible working hours in order to maintain the stress level of their employees so
that they can freely participate in the training sessions and provide their more appropriate
outcomes in order to develop their own performance level and also in organisational
profitability (Deas and Coetzee, 2020).

Implication of Further research
On the basis of above discussion about this research project, it is determined that there are
various types of techniques are considering by the researcher in order to completion of this
project. As per to complete this project, theoretical and practical both implications are considered
by the researcher which can helpful to enhance the effectiveness of the research process and get
the most effective outcome of the research. On the basis of this report it is determine that this
report is totally based on the retail industry and the sample size of this research is very small so
in order to maintain the further research project, researcher need to focus on diversified
industries and also take large sample size so that researcher can get more appropriate responses
from the target population in order to frame the better output of the research.
