This research focuses on the impact of increasing employee turnover on the overall performance of Sainsbury's. It aims to determine the conceptual framework of employee turnover, its impact on Sainsbury’s performance, and strategies that can be used to improve its business performance. The research will use a deductive approach, survey research strategy, and both primary and secondary data collection methods. The expected outcome is to identify the negative impact of employee turnover on business performance and suggest strategic ways to reduce it.
