number of factors such as toxic work environment, lack of competitive offer, lack of work life

It is essential for an organisation to emphasize upon the cause of employee turnover and
implement strategies to reduce this rate in order to build a strong workforce. Present report is
conducted on Sainsbury which is operating its business in retail industrial sector with more
than111,900 employees.
