INTRODUCTION The business research is considered as an era which used by individual to get information regarding particular topic and attain the outcomes. This is essentialfor researcher torealisewhat isoccurrencearound and how to resolve businessissues.It has seen that many businesses are facing the problems in operation where it needs to introduce different types of planning as well as strategies which are followed to increase the business performance. Employee turnover explained asmeasurement of the number of employees who leave the organization during a specified period (McCracken, Currie, and Harrison, 2016). It has seen that each organization should be focus over needs and wants of employees then offer the kind of services which can help to retain for long period. Employee turnover is a major business problem for business organization as it affect productivity as well as profitability. To understand about increasing employee turnover TESCO has been selected that is larger size retailer in UK, offering different types of products and services to their customers. The proposal explaining aims and objectives, research questions, methods, and literature review. Research Aims: “To identify the impacts of increasing employee turnover on organizational performance.” A case study of TESCO Research Objectives: To determine the framework of employee turnover. To identify the challenges faced by TESCO due to increasing employee turnover. To determine the different strategies could be used by TESCO to reduce the employee turnover. To state the various benefits could be taken by TESCO by reducing employee turnover. Research Questions What is the framework of employee turnover? The scope of research is wider as each organization needs employees who could understand the goals and give their contribution to accomplish them. The researcher will develop their knowledge and skills about reasons and strategies to employee turnover that supported to improvethe businessproductivityandprofitability.Theresearcherneedsto conductthe environment analysis and state how an organization could retain employees at the workplace by reducing business problem. LITERATURE REVIEW To determine the framework of employee turnover. According toRoscigno (2019),Employee turnover is the activity in which people who works in organization made decision to leave and create the vacant position.This is a serious business problem facedby the firmwhile operating their business and affected the organizational productivity.This is important for each industry to know what staff wants and how they could be satisfied.In UK, most of the companies are facing the business issue such as employee turnover whichhascreatedthechallengetooperatetheirbusinessregularly.Ahumanresource management plays an important role as it analysis the workplaces to know vacant position and recruit the employees in place of who have left the organization to due lack of motivation. To identify the challenges faced by TESCO due to increasing employee turnover. As per view point ofElinsky (2020),Employee turnover is the major issue for business organization which has been affected the business negatively. If organization is not able to motivate and retain their employees then would be challenging to operate the business regularly. In context to TESCO, different challenges are faced by management at the workplace due to increasing employee turnover such as: Loss of valuable knowledge and experience-It has seen that knowledge and experience to work is important for organization as it affects business production. TESCO faced the challenges of loss of valuable knowledge and experience due to increasing employee turnover that affects the business negatively. Loss of morale for those left-Motivation is needed for staff who are working in organization as they shows their participation in work and organizational goals. In relation to TESCO, management faced the issue of employee turnover due to increasing employee turnover (Muratbekova‐Touron, Kabalina, and Festing, 2018).

In relation to TESCO, management should follow the Maslow's theory to motivate their employees as it fill basic and other needs of people. Providing training and development– Training and development is important for employees as it develop the skills and build confidence to work effectively. In relation to TESCO, management should be provide training and development program to their staff which helps to build the confidence and get ready to accept changes that retains employees at the workplace (Narayanan, Rajithakumar, and Menon, 2019).Creating a good culture at workplace –As employees are working in organization belongs to different culture and values created challenge for organization to operate their business. TESCO could reduce the employee turnover by creating good working culture and environment around the people that helps to increase organizational performance. To state the various benefits could be taken by TESCO by reducing employee turnover. As per view point ofSheehan, Grant, and Garavan (2018),Motivation is important task for organization as each employees has different needs and wants that could create the challenge for management to influence number of people and get ready to work. In relation to TESCO, by applying different strategies and ways management get benefits such as: Attracting and retaining employees –If employees are enough satisfied from the services, providing by organization then could be opportunity for organization to grow their business. In context to TESCO, management uses motivation and inspiration strategy to attract and retain staff at the workplace for long period of time.
Improving organizational performance –The management is having major role who recruit skilled people and provide them training to work. In relation to TESCO, management could improve the organizational performance by providing training and development program to their staff which can help to increase the business productivity and profitability. To attain competitive advantages –The aim of organization is to understand the customer requirement and offer the kind of motivational services or benefits which helps to influence the number of customers and provide competitive benefits. RESEARCH METHODOLOGY Research Philosophy – This involves interpretivism and positivism philosophy which are used to manage and collect the information. In relation to current research, interpretivism philosophy is being used by researcher. Research Approach –This means planning which is formulated by researcher to complete the researchgiven period.This consider deductive and inductive approach. In relation to current research, deductive approach is being used by researcher to develop their knowledge and skills. Research strategy – This means effective plans and strategy which are formulated by researcher to complete their study. This consider survey, experiment, interviews and others which can help to develop complete study. In relation to current research, interview has been selected strategy to gather information. Choices of method –This means method of conducting research which supports to manage all functions. Mixed, mono, and multi method are choices. In relation to current research, mono method is being used by research. Time horizon –This involves cross sectional and longitudinal method of time horizon which are used to collect data. Cross sectional horizon is being used by researcher to complete their study in certain period of time. CONCLUSION This report has terminated thatemployee turnover is the major business problem which affect the business productivity and profitability. Deductive approach is used by researcher to complete their study. The researcher will use the interview method to collect data regarding employee turnover and its strategy to reduce in changing environment.
