This research proposal aims to evaluate the impact of employee turnover on organizational productivity in the UK hospitality industry, with a case study of Intercontinental Hotel London. The proposal outlines the importance of analyzing employee turnover rates, the rationale for increasing employee turnover, the impacts of employee turnover, and strategies for improving organizational productivity. The research methodology includes a descriptive research design, interpretivism research philosophy, inductive research approach, and secondary data collection method. The data analysis procedure includes qualitative analysis of data collected from 30 employees of Intercontinental Hotel London.
