This presentation discusses two articles on employee turnover and retention strategies. The second article reviews relevant literature to find factors that encourage employee retention and maintain a lower turnover rate. Both articles contribute to the field of Human Resource Management by helping to understand the major shifts in the human resource paradigms, building upon the relationship between organizational conditions and employee turnover, and finding factors having an impact on the organizational retention rate.
