Employment is refers to a person which is well employed about his own business.
Employment is holding of a job for which a wage paid or operating own business (Bailey and

most basic considerations are as specified below-
 Application forms and Curriculum vitae- This is one of the most basic tool that has
been referred by the recruiters at the time of hiring process to recruit the most effective
candidate. Although, this procedure resembles the traditional method in which the

candidates were required to submit a lengthy form, either hand written in the form of hard
copy or online forms. It often tends to reflect a disturbing aspect for many candidates
applying for a job. It is therefore important for the recruiter to only involves some really
necessary fields in the application. The graduates should hereby know well about the
process of filling up an application form to specifically address the asked points. Besides
this, the undergraduates must also learn about this procedure with a prime responsibility
of their schools and institutes to clearly demonstrate them about it. Regarding CV which
is becoming a less common method in the selection criteria should be framed well with
less considerable pages as per the demand of today’s recruiters (McQuaid and Lindsay,
2015). The undergraduates should also know this well and create a well framed CV to
fetch the interest of the recruiters.

 Interviews: Interviews are the crucial aspect of selection method because it is the basis
on which employer makes his or decision for hiring. However, it is important for the
graduates to ensure that during interview the individuals needs to professional in terms of

questions which belongs to his or her resume and qualification. Mentioning wrong details
on CV to garb attention is the most unethical practice which can ruin entire interview.

on analysing general intelligence, numerical ability, clerical ability etc. It is the base of
selection therefore it is important for the graduates to ensure basic hold on aptitude test.
Thus, in accordance to this it can be suggested to undergraduates. It is important for the
educational institution to include aptitude learning in classrooms. Further, the institutions
can also organise special programme in order promote their knowledge over skills which
are tested during interview.
