This act gives fundamentalfreedoms as well as rights to each person in United Kingdom. Legal system impacts procedure incontext to actions made through authorities towards users of services. This Human Rights Actgives power to service users in order to utilize the effective and better services to assure theeffective treatment which is provided by health care organisation. Health act 1999- Its main objective to improving better quality of health and social careto patients through NHS and also develop many provisions which are intended to raisingcoordination of care among NHS (National Health Service) and local authorities.
