INTRODUCTION
It is been identified that decision making is a procedure of identifying and evaluating
the where is choices. In context of any business organisation, it is very important to make a
decision which is beneficial for the employer and the management. The problem-solving and
decision-making both are interrelated and need to be adopted by the management in order to
be effective working for the employs. There are numerous decisions which are been made in
every day with the organisation which range from routine every day types of decisions in
reaching to the goals and objectives of the business enterprise. In order to practise the right
form of activities it is very important for the managers to have control over the various
activities and helps in improving the culture of the business organisation. The problem-
solving play some major role in order to motivate employees and practice the ethical work
within the organisation. This report is based on a problem statement which is being faced by
the business organisation. This report is based on Marks & Spencer which is a British
multinational brand. The company deals in clothing, food, home products. It is the most non-
brand it in the United Kingdom.( Garcez, T.V., Cavalcanti, H.T. and de Almeida, A.T., 2021) This
report will include various topics such as complex problem within the workplace, information
on identified problem which can help in decision making process, alternative solution to the
problem, decision making technique, plan for implementing the solution, communicating to
the stakeholders and at last monitoring and review techniques for the successful
implementation of the solution.
MAIN BODY
Discuss with the complex problem which is identified within the work place
It is been identified that a complex problem with this is the discrimination against women
within the workplace which has a huge impact over the business organisation. This is the
main problem which is seen in the workplace that and it is been observed that the women are
not treated equally than men. It is been identified that about 10 working women the 42% in
the United States have faced discrimination on the job because of the gender. One of the
biggest gender gaps is in the area income where the woman or not beat equal to the men just
because of the gender. This is considered as the complex problem within the workplace
which can impact achieving the goals and objectives. As in early times the woman of
education which is been assumed that they are less knowledgeable and have less capacity to
perform within the workplace. It is commission against women is been partially done because
of several reasons. People to get want women to move forward and step ahead in order to
achieve the goals and objectives. There are various issues related to these problems such as
unequal pay, sexual harassment and racism. (Krishankumar, and et.al., 2020)

It is been identified that these discrimination against women is the major problem and there
are several issues which can be discussed in order to find the various solutions for decision
making process. The information which is identified is discussed below:
It is been identified that women are more education than men and has more
knowledge still they are paid less within the workplace. From the various statistics it
is identified that women are paid 80 percent of what are been paid at the workplace. It
