solving play some major role in order to motivate employees and practice the ethical work
within the organisation. This report is based on a problem statement which is being faced by
the business organisation. This report is based on Marks & Spencer which is a British
multinational brand. The company deals in clothing, food, home products. It is the most non-
brand it in the United Kingdom.( Garcez, T.V., Cavalcanti, H.T. and de Almeida, A.T., 2021) This
report will include various topics such as complex problem within the workplace, information
on identified problem which can help in decision making process, alternative solution to the
problem, decision making technique, plan for implementing the solution, communicating to
the stakeholders and at last monitoring and review techniques for the successful
implementation of the solution.

the United States have faced discrimination on the job because of the gender. One of the
biggest gender gaps is in the area income where the woman or not beat equal to the men just
because of the gender. This is considered as the complex problem within the workplace
which can impact achieving the goals and objectives. As in early times the woman of
education which is been assumed that they are less knowledgeable and have less capacity to
perform within the workplace. It is commission against women is been partially done because
of several reasons. People to get want women to move forward and step ahead in order to
achieve the goals and objectives. There are various issues related to these problems such as
