INTRODUCTION
Women’s are facing many problems like,
domestic and sexual violence, lower pay,
not getting respect as compare to men
(Callahan and Hébert, 2021). They are
having lack of access to education,
inadequate healthcare.
Possible solutions
It is important to give equal rights and opportunities to
women because they are having the ability and they can work
better than men. It is essential to make plans and strategies so
that women can get their rights. There should be no
discrimination among male and female. Gender issues can be
solved by starting a fund raiser organisation which is
protecting rights of female and help them in getting jobs.
Some campaigns should be organised to provide information
to people and women should get their rights. In this modern
world, there should be no discrimination among male and
female & gender issues must be solved (Collison and et.al.,
2017). Solution for this problem is to raise voice against this,
donate to women’s movements and organisations, motivate
female to fight for their right. At the workplace, there should
be no discrimination and females should get chance to work.
They are having ability to work efficiently and perform better
than men.

Causes of women rights and gender issues
There are some issues which is faced by women in
society as they are not getting equal rights and
opportunities. It is important to give equal rights to
women because they are also living in society. There are
some causes of women rights and gender issues like,
uneven access to education, lack of employment
equality, lack of religious freedom. These are causes of
women right and gender issues. In the society, women
are not having right to go to school and get education.
Discrimination is done among men and women in many
areas. In the workplace, females are not getting jobs as
discrimination is done among men and women. Due to
cultural restriction this issues arises (Paoloni and
Lombardi, 2018). It is essential to give equal rights and
opportunities to women because they are having the
ability to work efficiently and perform better than male.
CONCLUSION
From the above discussion it can be concluded
that, there should be no discrimination among
male and female. There are some causes for
women right and gender issues such as, lack of
education, lack of employment equality and due
to cultural issues. In some areas, females are
not having right to get education and
discrimination is done between men and
women.
Charity organisation
For providing right to women it is important to organise campaigns and educate people that there should be no
discrimination and women must get their rights. Charity organisations help women’s and protect their rights.
These organisations are arranging campaigns and motivating female to fight for their right and boos their
confidence to work efficiently. Share the dignity is the charity organisation which is taking necessary steps for
right of females and educating people to give them opportunity as they are having ability to work and education
should be provided to females.
